This lovely boutique B&B was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and the hosts were lovely. They did not speak any English (we used google translate) which was no problem, as there son was on holiday at the time who usually manages the B&B. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes every morning as well as croissants, meat, cheese, bread, fruit etc.The gardens were lovely to chill in with a swimming pool and jacuzzi after a day visiting the surrounding areas of Perugia and Assisa. We highly recommend this place, we are hoping in the future to return. Paula, Jonathan and Alex

Welcoming despite our late arrival. Quirky art work. Spacious room accommodating 3 adults well. Great shower. Continental breakfast with fresh products. Great coffee.

We have no negative comments about our stay here. All lovely. Just a note re taxi. The taxi called by hotel to return to airport was twice the cost of the one we took to get there the previous evening. ? They charged us 30 euros for the 10 min journey. it came fromPerugia instead of local. So keep the number of taxi company on board outside airport as you have to call your own from there. It was 15 euros from airport to hotel. 10mins journey.

What a beautiful home and Frederico was the most wonderful host. Don’t be fooled into using this spot as just a one time stay over before a flight from Perugia (our mistake!) it’s the perfect home to relax and access the many places nearby. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book, so quiet and peaceful and we were made the most delicious afternoon spritz. we will be back - Grazie Frederico!

Perfect location in a quiet village. Easy to reach Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco, Spello and others. Modern designed B&B with a lot of art pieces, super pool and relaxing atmosphere in a wonderful garden. Friderico gave excellent advises for all kind of restaurants, we found our favourite with "La Cantina" in Spello. This time was short but we wish to come back. Beautiful garden n pool n patio. Breakfast on the patio was a delight n owners were very clear w video instructions n upon arrival got us nice cold bubbly water on a hot summer nite. 👍🫠

The B&B is amazing. We had the junior suite for 2 adults and one child, room was large, very clean and the decor was fab too. The whole of the b&b was clean and the owners have clearly taken a lot of care during covid to ensure high safety standards. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, ham, scrambled eggs, cheese, croissants, coffee, homemade cakes plus more! It was table service as buffet is unavailable during covid. We were able to have coffee there during the day and some wine and beer early evening. We also had their bruschetta with their homemade olive oil which was delicious. The garden is very well kept and the whole place is stunning. The hammocks were relaxing, as well as the sun loungers and the hot tub was great fun too. The place is very close to the airport but is so quiet and relaxing. Excellent base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. There is also a fantastic restaurant nearby, about 1 km. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon!

This is a superb place with super friendly hosts! beautifully arranged design on the inside, typical Italian on the outside. Will go again here and highly recommend it.

Nothing.... all was exceeding our expectations.

The room, the setting and the staff was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was great and they provide some fresh cherries from their garden. Were very helpful with directions and settling in.

Beautiful place, comfortable and super cleaned indoor and outdoor. valuable facilities, convenient bed and location overall

Everything was exceptional, especially the home-made breakfast!
