UNAHOTELS Bologna San Lazzaro

Very modern and spacious fancy hotel and rooms. Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking space.

Bathroom had glass doors and then sliding doors that cannot be locked. Room is for 4 people, therefore lockable doors/privacy would be appreciated. It seemed that rooms are made so fancy, that some things just don’t make sense and are impractical. The staff were not very pleasant, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast staff seemed a little lost. Unfortunately, gym was closed due to maintenance.

Breakfast was excellent. One of our rooms was very clean, but the other room's shower and bathroom were not quite up to snuff. The shower floor was a bit dirty.

We had flown in from Los Angeles and were jet-lagged. We were however put on the side of the hotel that had some construction work that began at 8:30AM on a day that we really needed to recover and sleep-in a bit. The hotel resolved this by offering us a free drink at the bar. Very inadequate.

We are a family of four and we booked a suite but due to some problems (on the hotel's side) we got two separate rooms connected by a door. The receptionist kindly apologized and gave us a mini bar for free. Fair enough. The room is big enough, the bathroom is fully equipped and most importantly for us, the room was clean. The hotel staff is friendly and yes the breakfast was really excellent.

Rooms are comfy. We had an upgrade and mini bar was included. Breakfast Is good. Easy car park. Bathrobes are avoidable, included but you have to ask for them at the reception A bit outside but there Is n. 90 which goes straight to piazza Cavour.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe at the reception they could explain Better the services, minibar....

New modern hotel, on outskirts of the Bologna. Good quality bed and bathroom, absolutely quiet, parking, good breakfast. My recommendation - go visit Pizzeria La Cicogna, just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel - small pizzeria with great team, but their pizzas are really good! (go for specialities).

Nice and spacious hotel, very nice rooms and breakfast was also good. Staff is also very kind.

Maybe a bit far from Bologna center, but in a good and quiet neighbourhood.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great buffet breakfast. Free parking and near a public transport stop (20 minutes to Bologna center).

You can only watch cable TV (no mirroring or Netflix allowed). The chair in our room had some spots.

All good,cleanliness,facilities,safe and breakfast are awesome, But I'm not so much enjoy..isn't about the place because everything were excellent , I just prefer something unique and local

Great check in and check out experience. Very cool hotel and room. Great food in the restaurant and good value , excellent service in the restaurant and breakfast too. Will stay here in the future when on business in Bologna.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet part of Bologna. The tidiness and size of the rooms are quite ok. Breakfast very good. Excellent car parking.

The friendliness of the reception staff could be a little better.
