Perfect location, everything can be reached by walking. The apartment is big and specious and equipped with everything that you need. Francesco was very kind and polite and gave us detailed information about the city, the island, the area, list of places of interest, restaurants/pizzerias/bars recommendations etc.

There was some weird smell in the bedroom and the bedsheets did not smell fresh and clean. First we were given an apartment that we had not booked, it was different from the pictures and it was not a classical room, but some upgrade on the rooftop. But then on our request they changed our room and we got the room that we reserved on booking. Our room was cleaned every day, but we did not receive additional soaps and shampoos, only one piece for 3 nights. You can add some basic ingredients in the kitchen Like salt and oil. The blinds on the doors for the terrace, especially in the bedroom are old and too heavy, so we did not succeed in opening them. You should fix them. 🙂

The apartment is on the island of Ortigia, just over the bridge, so is ideally located when carrying suitcases from the station. The square can become quite lively in the evenings but not too much to be an inconvenience. The apartment was clean, airy and well-furnished. The staff were friendly, helpful and English speaking. It is a very satisfactory place to spend some time is a delightful town.

Perfect location, very clean and spacious. It was cleaned every day. All our requests were met from Francesco, our host - very polite and responsive. Thank you! Very good option is the vending machine on the ground floor that works 24/7 and you can take coffee and water anytime you need it at the prices from the supermarket.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be added in the kitchen is some salt&pepper, napkins, but that’s a very insignificant detail :)

Big room, with sofa and kitchenette and even a clothes drying rack. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Decent WiFi. Location right in the centre of Ortigia. Friendly and responsive host. Didn't need the room so let me stay until the evening when my night train left. Good value when I stayed in late October/early November.

A little noisy given the location; the windows could have been better soundproofed. The shutters could do with a little maintenance to close better. But overall I slept ok.

The residence is located at the beginning of Orgitia, which is ideal to explore both Ortigia and the mainland of Siracusa. The room is spacious, clean, and bright, with a nice sunset view. Francesco, the host of the residence, was always friendly and helpful since the first time we enquired before booking. We'd confidently recommend this residence.

Fantastic central location. Well appointed apartment. Everything we needed was provided. A great place to base a stay in Siracusa.

Even though the entrance in on a beautiful quiet lane, the room looked over the main street where there were some crowds and noise at night. Not too late, but at the weekend it was a little noisy in the evening.

Very spacious modern flat with roof terrace. Absolutely quiet though in central position. Quant courtyard entrance but all modern inside. Sheets and towels changed during our 5 day stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped to make a meal.

A washing up bowl would be useful. Easy to bang your head on the corner of the cupboard over the sink!

clean, spacious, very comfortable, and very centrally located. I would most definitely stay there again.

The flood lights are very nice but too much light, would prefer to have, in addition, basic night stand soft lights. it’s more comforting for the eyes before and getting up from bed. This would also save on energy wastes otherwise.

location was logistically great but we didn’t like the proximity to the very busy commercial Main Street, probably because of our age!
