Hotel Villa Sirina

A boutique hotel at a good location for visiting Taormina - if you have a car. Otherwise one needs to take a taxi. Although Taormina is less than a mile away, it is not safe to walk on the narrow road with no sidewalks. Our room was quite large with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The walk-in shower was quite small, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The breakfast, served in the garden next to the pool, was excellent, with a wide variety of savory and sweet produce, vegetables and fruits. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful, with recommendations on restaurants and tours. Thanks to Slava for taking our luggage from the car to the second floor (there are no elevators in the hotel). The on-site parking was very convenient.

This hotel will stay in our hearts forever! It is so beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful and breakfast by the gorgeous pool is wonderful. The breakfast is great and we vegans had plenty to eat, there is a sweet dog who lives here and the pool saved our overheated butts every day!

The bathroom did smell a little bit and the location is remote which makes a little bit difficult to get to. We didn’t mind the walk at all but bear in mind that it’s all uphill so wouldn’t be accessible for those with mobility issues. There is however a bus from €1 a person which takes you to town from the train station which is just a 10 minute downhill walk from the hotel.

We were 3 couples staying for 5 nights. This is not a hotel - it’s a home! The staff is just amazing. Everything is so clean and neat. The lady preparing breakfast and serving food is just so happy and walking around singing. The pool is nice and clean. At first we thought the location was a bit far from Taormina old town. But after a couple of days we found the routines for taking the bus up - and the short cut for walking downhill back to the hotel. We came during a extreme heatwave- and thanks to the well functioning air conditioning, the rooms were cool and we all slept well. We loved the stay!

In this region, beauty is found in every corner, starting with the charming train station. Our stay at the Hotel Villa Sirina in Taormina was just fantastic. The accommodations are spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley and the sea, and the breakfast was abundant and well-balanced. The Hotel as an atmosphere of tranquility and familiarity and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The flawless Wi-Fi, facilitated by an in-room router, and the much-appreciated spacious desk catered to our practical needs. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and unique sense of humor created a positive atmosphere that resonated with all guests. Their commitment to ensuring that each guest has the best possible stay is precious, and it significantly enhanced our overall experience. The warmth of the Sicilian people is truly unparalleled. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Villa Sirina to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Taormina and eagerly anticipate our return in the future

To enhance the experience, I would just suggest that the hotel provide some convenient lunch or dinner options. On one of the days, the rain was so intense that it was challenging to leave the hotel due to its distance from the nearest restaurant.

Hotel Villa Sirina is like going back in time, there is a gentle calmness about the hotel. It is situated in an elevated position with amazing views over the bay and the hotel grounds. The hotel is immaculate and full of wonderful antiques that add to its charm.

It would have been perfect if there had been a restaurant on site.

Really charming hotel owner and staff that will make you feel that you are staying in a relax historical location. Located outside Taormina center but near the beach and well connected to the train station, ideal for both public or private transport. Good breakfast buffet (maybe the cappuccino can be improved -being in Italy-).

This property exudes old world elegance and charm, yet has thoroughly modern facilities.Large comfy, well-appointed room, spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking lovely garden and wonderful pool area, and with a view to the ocean 500 metres downhill. Fabulous staff, (especially the lovely Giovanna), who were happy to oblige with any request. Extensive breakfast selection, eaten on the terrace by the pool, and all very good value. A short walk to the beach, bus, train, and restaurants. Great value and highly recommended.

This is an absolutely cosy small hotel, with a paradisic garden and a well maintained, clean pool, a wonderful view from the hotel over Taormina Beach and the mountains. In a few minutes by car, you are up the road in Taormina city, in few minutes down at the beach. Personnel is ultra friendly, once even prepared an extra table for our daughter and the daughter of other guests, which they enjoyed greatly. Breakfast was delicious and provided a good selection. Our room was modern and well taken care of. Our favourite beach nearby was the Isola Bella Beach, around 10 minutes away by car.

Everything perfect and as expected.

Incredibly beautiful property with the loveliest staff! (As well as a super friendly canine receptionist!). Gorgeous pool with a view, breakfast on the terrace was the best way to begin our days and a bar window for all your aperol spritz needs around the pool! The location is out of central Taormina and it is a very difficult uphill walk, so make sure to look into buses and trains! We used busbud for bus tickets on our phone or you can use cash on the bus. Beautiful location, and make sure to try the ice cream/cake shop Pasticceria Casablanca Franco and Pizza Restaurant Osteria Pizzeria Le Tre Vie that are both very close

The beds were a little firm for my liking but I think that’s more down to personal preference! Everything else was perfect
