Ca' Pisani Hotel

Contemporary design within historic structure, quiet location, 2 minutes walk to Accademia. Super breakfast. Very helpful staff. Thanks, Stefano for the adapter.

There are so many electrical power points and switches, that it takes a while to work out what they are all for. No USB charge point (probably not many anywhere in Venice).

Very conveniently situated to the ferry port from Pula and to get to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Apart from having no hot water the first night which was rather disappointing as I was looking forward to a jacuzzi bath, everything was great.

Staff were wonderful. Every single one of them. Nicest of any hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. Nothing was too much trouble. They did some printing for me and recognised us each time we returned so they had the key ready without me needing to ask. Luggage storage was no problem. We left ours nearly all day as we were catching a night train. They even found a small lens cap off a camera when cleaning so put it in an envelope with our stored luggage. The room was very well air conditioned, comfortable with great amenities. Just what you needed after a busy day in the heat of Venice. Loved the design and a very decent size too. Whilst there is no kettle, there was one just outside our room with a selection of teas.

The only thing we encountered an issue first breakfast. Whilst there was a lot of choice (I loved using the juicer to make orange juice), a couple of things didn't have labels. Turned out there was two types of croissants, one plain and one filled with apricot. One of my family members is allergic to apricots. Labelling should've been better.

Super friendly, professional and helpful staff right from check in, to housekeeping through to breakfast hosts. Could not pick a single fault throughout our 4 nights. Beautiful art-deco design and comfortable room. Great location not too far from all the sights of Venice without being so close to the action that you're kept awake all night by hoards of tourists. Very easy (if slightly lengthy) transfer from Marco Polo to Zattere via the Vaporetto. Rooms cleaned TWICE per day (!) plus pillow chocolates on return in the evening, what's not to like. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of fresh fruit and pastries etc.

Air-con in the room would cut out automatically a bit too quickly. Tried many different settings but not sure it was possible to keep it on all night. Not too bad in May, but can imagine it might be uncomfortable in high summer.

This hotel pays a lot of attention to detail, the room was neat, spacious and comfortable, the personnel was accommodating and very considerate in their actions. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the possibility to have it on the terrace on a tranquil street. The location is very good, connecting to pretty much everywhere you need to go (as I came for the film festival, connection to Lido was smooth). They also have good cooperations with local water taxi companies, arranging a boat on a short notice.

Everything was great, except the hairdryer belongs in a museum though. :) If you have needy or longer hair, I would suggest to bring your own, as the one in the room is very slow and in Ventian humidity makes your hair frizzy. Also - the mirrors in the interior were nice, yet it takes time to adjust to the space, especially for those who have vision impairments. On the user friendly design note - too many light switches, also tales time to adjust, which pne is for which light.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The restaurant and reception staff really helpful and friendly and made our visit really special. Bedrooms are all really nicely decorated with an updated art deco style and the bathrooms set a standard that I’ve not found matched elsewhere. The location is also really good, close enough to the hot spots ((just a few vaparetto stops from St Marks, the Lido or the Rialto) but quiet in the evenings for a good nights sleep

hotel was in a perfect location, in between to vaporetto lines and easy access with your suitcase (no bridges to cross!) we loved that it was slightly quieter but easy access to every where. We loved being able to sit outside the restaurants in Zattere and watch the sunset with Prosecco and some cold meats..perfect! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging a trip to Murano and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day!

the only small negative we had was the bed was a bit hard for our liking and the air con didn’t work in our room (our own fault as we didn’t get round to mentioning to reception!)

Breakfast was first class! Very nice people at the restaurant! We really enjoyed the ambiance, the food, the coffee and VIP service. I really enjoyed the central location of the hotel and staff were very helpfull to get us around with good advises.

The bubble bath was not working. The charge for the taxes were a surprise to us and we thought everything was covered when reserved. I would've like to have a rebate applied to my room as I saw the same room prior to the w-e 20-30 Euros less after we already paid.

The hotel was set in a lovely part of the city, quiet enough to be away from the tourist areas, but very easy to access everywhere. It is around the corner from the Water Bus Stop/Water Taxi. We booked the Junior Suite and it was nicely laid out. There was sufficient wardrobe space and a nice bathroom, thankfully also Air Conditioned. The hotel provided a continental breakfast which a good selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely worth staying at again!!!! We loved it.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The Ca'Pisani hotel exceeded our expectations in everything! Stefano from the reception was simply the best!!! Helped us with reservations in different restaurants every night and provided the best service ever. Sincere thanks to him and the hotel staff. The hotel also organised a wonderful private boat ride to observe the Redentore fireworks show, which was an unforgettable experience! Would gladly book at the same hotel when we visit Venice again.
