The property was really nice and very clean tidy and staff were exceptionally helpful and super friendly, they went out of their way to help us, and made our stay really comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely recommended and will go for sure .

The staff were exceptional, especially the the receptionist staff and for us the standard of hygiene was outstanding.

i booked a room that in pictures had great natural light but the one I got was actually in the dark (window to an alley) so I had to pay more and upgrade to get one superior with better lighting but it was REALLY worth it .

There was not much to be honest-if being a bit picky there aren’t enough plug sockets in the rooms but otherwise all excellent.

The location far away from the crowds and basically the entire piece of island for ourselves, gave us such a advantage for the best photos of Venice and ourselves! Totally recommended.

Great hotel in my favourite district of Venice. Close to la Salute, Peggy Guggenheim and L'accademia, but off the busy and noisy tourist path. Quiet, stylish, comfortable. My room had a garden view, some others have views over the canal. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Would return in a heartbeat.

Service and staff were absolutely wonderful. Fabiano (believe that was his name) was so helpful- he made water taxi accommodations for me even though I didn’t plan ahead and called him from the airport. Staff at breakfast were equally pleasant and accommodating

AC didn’t seem to work/work well.

I really enjoyed the overall experience, the staff there is the best ( they are kind, welcoming, warm hearted people) without a doubt I would love to go back again. I will always miss the experience and the people I met in Venice, in short it was the perfect stay. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family visiting Venice. Thank you so much for hosting me and for being such a kind and a welcoming host. I hope to see you super soon !! ☺️

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and they offered to store our luggage, showed us the restrooms for freshening up, provided us with sparkling water, and even gave us a map of the city! The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and comfy mattress. There was a mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a small fee) and complimentary water, coffee, tea, and cookies. Our room overlooked a lovely garden. We arrived by ferry and it was a 14 minute walk to the hotel. A full breakfast was offered for 17 Euro but we decided to explore in the morning and found a cafe around the corner. The staff reserved a water limousine for us the evening before our departure day and it was fantastic! We left from the train station so it would have been too much to walk with luggage.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Venice away from most of the tourist crowds. I especially enjoyed staying in Dorsoduro as it still felt quite local and was a great area for cafes and restaurants. There's a very nice canal front promenade seconds away from the hotel which is lovely in the evening. You can reach St Mark's in about 20 mins walk or a short vaporetto ride. Although I took a small double room and space was a bit limited (normal for Venice), it was cosy and functional, however I think it would have been a squeeze for two people. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable for guests' needs.

It would have been nice to have had a bit more space for belongings in the room as there wasn't much room to put things. Maybe some shelving or wall unit could be added.

The hotel was light and airy, great location and nice breakfast. The neighborhood is fabulous, not too overrun with kitch, and great access to all the wonders of Venice. I would recommend, purely on location alone. Staffing was modernly minimal, but adequate. What I have to comment on is the very cumbersome interaction with the app.

Very cumbersome interaction with the app. The hotel was theoretically contactless check-in (we found out later there was someone at the front desk), but no way to actually contact someone at the hotel with local knowledge concerning specific information i.e. water taxis. If you don't do the precheck-in you get bombarded with escalatingly urgent messages. Once you do succumb to the precheck-in madness, it is not intuitive at all. All the digital interface is friendly, 'can we help?', 'need more info?',etc...but it links you to the app, which is useless. So take away...on the local level fine, the administrative side 'in the cloud', needs some work.
