cleanliness of the hotel as well as proximity to well organized beaches and restaurants. All the staff was pleasant and of great attention to our needs. at the restaurant we were impressed by Klejdi one of the staff members for his knowledge of languages, the area and attentiveness.

Great location clean rooms and hotel and friendly and helpful staff.. the AC works in this Italian scorching summer it’s a necessity

The beach clubs in-front are private not owned by the hotel and usually fully booked all summer difficult to get umbrellas and beds you need to go really early on any day to have a chance

It's a lovely hotel close to the sea front. We enjoyed the bedroom, it was very big and overlooked the sea. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful at all times.

Not to do with the hotel exactly - the beach that the hotel use did have an older male lifeguard who made sexist remarks against me and made racist remarks against my partner. They were asking us to pay (twice) for the beds and were not allowing me to explain that we had paid (italian speaker from uk). Assuming I was english as my partner was he swore at us, yelled insults about english people and did say some things that I won't post (very severe language). This dampened our experience. He was very aggressive and for someone less relaxed it would have been very upsetting. This isn't the hotel's fault, however as a "hotel package" it was a bit sad for us. Had we stayed longer we wouldn't have returned to that part of the beach ever again.

We liked and enjoyed it all, the accommodations, cleanliness, quality and taste of the food was exceptional. The friendliness of the staff upon arrival their ability to answer our questions and willingness to help was outstanding. Moreno at the restaurant is among he best service we have experienced he is kind and caring, Abele at the front desk along with the rest of the front desk staff made us feel very welcomed.

We are very satisfied with our stay at your hotel and should we return to Viareggio we will again book our stay with you.

Exceptional location. I upgraded myself to a Seaview Room with Balcony and amazing views. Super spa and l had two messages which were excellent. Attentive staff.

My only issue was a drawer in my cabinet which still had clothing from a previous guest.

Breakfast was superb, the selection of fresh fruit was a delight every morning and the porridge prepared by the kitchen was outstanding. The main thing about this hotel is the staff, they are so friendly and super helpful. Anything at all was no problem; day trips, restaurant recommendations, ordering a taxi, broadband help all answered politely and informatively.

The taxi back to the airport arranged by hotel, we were ripped off with a charge of 120 euro (we only paid 70 euro coming) Not the hotels fault, but beware, make sure you confirm the price before you get in. I was shocked that the taxi company charged this price knowing the hotel chose them.

1) The proximity to the beach and main boulevard. 2) Availability of the spa and fitness area that are free to use during the stay. (Liked sauna and jacuzzi). 3) Excellent breakfast 4) The stuff was nice to arrange a check in 1h earlier. 5) Room was spacious and clean, as well as there was a vast range of products/services.

The hotel has an agreement with 2 beach area hosts, but both are way expensive (17-20€ just for 2 seating chairs and 30+€ for 2 sunbeds) WHILE others nearby (~20-25€ per 2 sunbeds). So there is no point in going to those hosts suggested by a hotel, when just a few meters away there are the same quality but cheaper options.

The hotel is just opposite the “passeggiata” and the beach. Having breakfast/dinner while looking at the sea is just marvellous. There is a heated pool a spa and a gym. The staff at the reception is very accommodating, and professional and provides a great assistance. The lady at the bar is extremely helpful professional and patient and strives to assist clients at her best. Room was big and very clean, great mattress, shower products above expectation. Slept very well. Great breakfast. Will definitely go there on my next trip to Viareggio.

we arrived with no luggage late at night. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. They contacted the airline and the airport on our behalf until our bags were found and returned to us. All the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful to us. We are elderly and having our luggage lost was very stressful for us. We cannot rate the hotel too highly. Thank you.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. Rooms were serviced daily if required, clean towels also supplied. Towels for the beach provided. Indoor pool kept very clean. Beautiful art deco bar area with air conditioning. Option to eat breakfast inside or on the terrace. Good selection of food.

Soundproofing! At the front of the hotel was a band playing live loud music well after 12pm. I could just about drown this out if I put the air-con on full and put my ear phones in. The Hotel did offer to change rooms. If you had an adjoining room you could hear the noise from your neighbours quite clearly.
