Versilia Lido - UNA Esperienze

Everything was excellent, especially the facilities for toddlers (our son was 14 months but had plenty toys to play). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a great hotel with small children. Also the New Year event was excellent with kids, as there was a lot of room for kids to play and they were not forced to sit at the table. The restaurant had excellent food and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean and perfectly fit for a toddler, there were no dangerous items/furniture. Also the pool was wonderful, perfect temperature of the water for a toddler, and very relaxing. We liked that we had to do a reservation and it was never overcrowded. The massages I had were excellent. I liked the bathrobe in the room and the direct elevator to the pool. Also very clean sauna and steam bath. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other families or couples.

It is not your fault but the beach was not accessible with a stroller.

We had booked 2x rooms, one for my husband and I, and a seperate room for my parents. On arrival we were both upgraded to apartments which were exceptional - the apartments provided a lot of space and enabled us to cook for ourselves, do our washing and hang out of the balcony. The reception staff were amazing, especially the woman who checked us in. Her English was perfect, and she went out of her way to help us with every question we had. The range of food for breakfast was amazing and very fresh, with heaps of tables, both indoors and out. The hotel is just aroudn the corner from a huge grocery shop, this was very handy to get food and other supplies for our stay.

The restaurant opening hours were very late (first sitting at 7.30pm), and the items were quite expensive for the size of the meals (same menu was available for room service). It was also veryhard to communicate with the restaurant staff, they kept saying yes when they clearly didn't understand what we were asking. We asked if the lobster weight was without the shell (as we didn't want to spend hours peeling it), they assured us it was, and then came in the shell.

First of all, great staff. Very helpful ,everywhere from reception to the restaurant . Rooms are big and comfortable and is also clean . The roof top restaurant has a great view and the food is also over the top . Also great location , you can just cross the street to go to the beach .I had a great experience with the family room , the small apartment and was positively surprised about huge balcony. All in all , I would recommend the hotel over and over again. Oh , and the breakfast is exquisite

I think that especially for parents with children travelling outside the holiday season and the outside pool is not that warm , would be great if the could use the inside pool also in the late afternoon for 1 or 2 hours . Also a second treadmill would be great

probably the best hotel in the area, modern, clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely rooftop bar with great views, lovely indoor and outdoor pools, free bike hire and tennis

aircon wasn’t on demand, hotel set it to come on and go off at set times, very uncomfortable first night as a consequence steam room wasn’t working this hotel does not have its own beach club or section of beach, you have to pay 40 euros per person per day to use the sun beds and parasols at the beach, which was a bit misleading and unexpected

Complimenti, complimenti, complimenti. A super functional, well laid out, clean structure that has immediate soothing effect with its all-magnolia-white decor. Everything designed and thought out around the customer. I have worked in the hospitality industry for thirty odd years and I can tell when great care is dedicate to the quality of the staff, which are exceptional across all the functions. We got a much appreciated room upgrade that instigated us to stay longer. (Upgrades are too little used in Italy. When you can do it, do it !) Great breakfast with juices extracts, Agrimontana Honey, real bakery bread. We will be back no doubt.

Teas quality.

An absolute oasis of calm, great service, excellent restaurant, amazing pool, everyone very friendly , family friendly. One of the best accommodations we have known in Camaiore. We stayed for 4 days and would stay longer, we will definitely be back.

It does not have its own beach club by the sea, only a partner) 10- 15% sale. At the price of the hotel per night it should be, then 100% perfect.

The room was amazing, lots of space, so clean, lovely big balcony. The pool area is gorgeous, the free bikes and tennis were also lovely. The breakfast was exceptional, even fresh juices made in front of you. The club sandwich at the pool bistro is delicious but pretty expensive at 20 euro though it's big enough to share between two people with some fries.

Honestly the hotel is amazing, clean, comfortable, good facilities but in October when so many of the beach clubs are closed the area can be a little bleak, there seemed to be a lot more life in the neighboring town of Viareggio. The only other thing is that we felt the dinner menu was very expensive for what it was. We got much better value elsewhere.

The pool features were great for kids and the garden was nice. The location was also useful for getting to the front promenade and fine for seeing the whole of the lido areas along the coast. Walking distance to Viareggio's Carnivale which was convenient.

At check-in, the phone seemed more important than us, which set a poor opening tone. The bath was very slow to drain and seemed partially blocked.

We truly loved our stay here. My family and I visited off season and found the staff very friendly and helpful despite busy times with a major conference in nearby Lucca. Our room (suite) was very comfortable and the hotel accommodated our request in terms of room location despite the conference. My entire family enjoyed the excellent breakfast where there is something tasty for everyone, including fresh pressed juices. Last but not least, UNA is a beautiful and well kept property. We will certainly come back.

Only one charging post for EV/plugin hybrid vehicle. Having said that, the service is free and many hotels still don't have any so this is really a smaller remark rather than an actual dislike.

This property was exceptional during our visit to Italy. From checkin to checkout the staff and service were all friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience with the family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Elena among the best being helpful and patient even when we locked out our car keys inside the car took the time to be on the phone with the rental company sorting out the issue. Thank you to all for a great vacation stay.

Nothing I can think of property related. It’s about 20min from Forte DeMarmi with some traffic. But hotel offer free bikes which you can reach just as fast as the car.
