Hotel Victoria

Booked two rooms for family holiday and both were ideal. Very comfortable rooms, spacious with excellent air conditioning. Particularly liked the fridges for cold drinks etc. Although restaurant was closed for most of the two weeks it opened towards the end of our holiday and it was very good. Large swimming pool which never got very busy. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was kept clean. Pool maintenance was excellent too.

Cannot think of anything worthwhile.

The price is good. The room was very clean. Good location (near the highway). Parking available.

No additional blanket in the room. I had a better dinner experience. Their restaurant is closed on Saturdays. The staff did not seem to bother much about this. They just told me to look for something on Google Maps. I could not get a pizza delivered, so I went to the mole opposite the hotel, but it was completely crowded and nobody spoke English. Luckily I had some sandwiches left from my lunch in my car.

The staff is amazing. They are always very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was amazing! Pool was very large and our family had so much fun! The property is right next to a huge shopping mall and we were able to get snacks, shop, and get to experience Italy with comfort by staying at this hotel! i recommend the family suite for families!!

booking.com did not post the photos of the actual rooms we were booking. I recommend if you’re booking for multiple families not to book together, but book separately so you see the exact room you’re getting instead of combining them. The property was very accommodating to us wanting to change our room to a larger room. They were so helpful to get us what we were wanting.

Very welcoming staff. Easy booking. Second time at the hotel and we had an upgrade to a superior room this time. The room was amazing; very modern, large size, clean and luxurious feel. However as in a standard room st our previous stay the mattress was. It comfortable - hard spring mattress rhat the hotel should do something about! Breakfast was included Buffett and with very wide selection of savoury and sweet, a very enjoyable experience and also offered till late (10 am) rhat is the bonus. I did not use but checked the gym (small but with all necessary to do a good work out albeit it was not in an air con room so with the hot summer it would have been not possible to use it! The pool was also great size. No problem parking and very quiet area, no noise overnight. Only remark other than the mattress, our room was a fair walk from the elevator and a bit of a labyrinth to find it but not a problem for us young and sporty but may need to be considered if this is not the case. We will be back (infact I already booked another stay) and would definitely recommend the superior room. The standard room we stayed last time was outdated but however still clean and very well maintained.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent wifi and perfect location for my purposes. Excellent restaurant as well. The location was good for me, close to my place of work.

The room was a bit spartan, and being located right next to a giant shopping mall is not ideal, but for my purposes neither of these things mattered.

The friendliest service, the beautiful pool surrounded by a garden, cleanliness, the restaurant was brilliant so many choices, the breakfast buffet was very generous (we saw people taking trays of food away 🙊), our room was so big…and the air con was great!

This is a small thing but drinks 🍸🥂 and snacks by the pool would have been great…nothing fancy just a can of soda or beer and crisps 🥹

Very nice cozy hotel with perfect views of the surrounding mountains. The owners are very wonderful people and try to help every guest with all their questions. Really happy we choose this location. We will stay here again for sure. Horse stable onsite with many lovely ponies to view:)

very clean. Staff friendly. Good location (close to highway). Less expansive than other hotels. Order pizza for you. Free parking slot. Good looking guests.

no blanket on the bed. No coffee machine in the room. Restaurant closed on Saturdays no restaurants in the area. Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast for everybody. One small elevator. Room a bit small.

The breakfast and exercise area were not as good as I would have preferred. The work out room lacked sufficient equipment. It only had a good cardio set up, no real weights. The breakfast was great for baked goods such as croissants but no large egg or meat selections.
