This is a standout hotel in Tokyo for its category and price. Rooms are modern and well appointed, with great views, spacious, clean. Loved the little window seats to gaze across the city with a cup of tea in hand. The lounge for guests is outstanding value, a great place to relax or work, with complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day and free happy hour in the evening. Staff are wonderful and so helpful, from taxi bookings to luggage holding to helping with little requests. The location is in a quieter part of business Tokyo and yet so convenient - I found it was more comfortable and quicker to get to where I needed than staying at Shibuya or Shinjuku where I’ve stayed in the past. Celestine was perfect and I’ll be staying here on my future trips!

This was an ideal hotel after a long international flight. It is in a quiet location. From Haneda airport I would recommend taking the Tokyo Monorail and then a cab the short distance to the hotel. We had a large corner king suite with a lovely panoramic view of the city and even a view of Mt Fuji in the distance. Well equipped room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There are two subway lines close by. The JR station is a longer walk but an easy walk. There is a convenience store close by. And the hotel offers optional rentals of items you may have left behind. Staff were most helpful and accommodating.

This is a beautiful hotel with well-sized rooms for Tokyo and an attentive staff. It's got a grand lobby and even the walk to our room down the hallways showed a nice view of the courtyard. You could see Mt. Fuji from the distance in our room too. Like all hotels we visited, you're provided with pyjamas which is a nice touch in Japan. Staff were on hand to answer questions and offer advice, which lead to us being able to see the first sunrise of the year with thousands of other people, a Japanese tradition we didn't know about. We were also offered sake on the New Year and got to take home the cups, which was a nice souvenir and a testament to their attention to detail. The location is in a quiet area, with some residential streets but mostly work-oriented, which means there wasn't a great choice for restaurants and entertainment nearby. Luckily, several metro stations are in the area so you'll have no trouble getting to where you want to go.

if you’re a family looking for a hotel that has a baby crib available (quite hard to come by in Tokyo), then this is the right place for you. Stayed here twice already, and the hospitality is superb. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating, even had a nice gesture to take our family photo by their Christmas tree without us asking, just because they saw us taking photo of the tree :). also very quick and attentive to our needs (like requests for extra towels, blankets etc). stayed in the corner room, which is quite roomy for Tokyo standards (and for the price range). the rooms feel dated but not that old. the toilet is clean, the only drawback is the small window between the toilet and the room, just above the bed. despite the blinds, the light still reaches the bedroom and might affect your child’s sleep (though they are usually exhausted from the day’s activities haha). Location is ok, though quite a walk from the JR station. But the Mita Line entrance is just a block away, especially the exit that has a lift. Definitely staying here again and again whenever in Tokyo

Breakfast, like in nearly all hotels in Japan, barely changes daily. So I opted to eat in their buffet restaurant thrice only (I didn’t include in my booking on purpose), and went out for other options.

+ High floors, great city views with large windows + Convenient lounge for work and coffee throughout the day + Great hotel staff and English communications were easy + Comfy beds with firm mattresses + The most quiet hotel room I've ever seen

- Room quite small for 2 people, no much room where to put cloths and figuring out where to store the luggage was a challenge (but many Japanese hotels in this price range will have small rooms) - Breakfast wasn't very good, the hot dishes were not warm enough and for this price we typically get more choices in the buffet, I'd recommend taking breakfast outside

Absolutely loved it and would stay again! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and spacious and we got a really incredible view. The bed was super comfortable. The neighbourhood is quaint and such a good location to be based for exploring the city, with plenty of access to the train stations super nearby. Everyday after exploring the city we would take the train back and see the gorgeous Tokyo Tower while walking back to the hotel. And we’d come back to such a clean room with cooling AC. What a find this was!

Can’t fault it! The price may be a bit higher than other hotels but for the spaciousness, convenience, cleanliness and everything else it makes it so so worth it.

Clean room with a pretty good location in Tokyo. Facilities and breakfast were nice too!

Would be nice if the evening beverage service lasted longer and had additional options for snacks.

We liked the overall ambiance of the hotel...clean, and spacious, the breakfast was good and staff-friendly.

We booked 1 single room and another double room with breakfast. Subsequently, we wanted to change the single to a double...so 2 double rooms. However, we could not make the changes on Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid for 2 rooms - 2 guests in each room but we were denied breakfast for one person as the Hotel said that the bookings were made with booking.com. The prices were the same for both rooms and we could not understand why we did not get breakfast for one guest.

Location was nice and quiet since it was further away from central Tokyo, but still easy to get around with two Metro stations a block away. Staff was very helpful--the front desk was kind enough to point my husband to nearby driving ranges. They clean the rooms daily and replenish the toiletries and drinking water--best part is the free pajamas!

Gym doesn't have free weights, only treadmills and ellipticals, so doesn't really make sense to use it since you already do a lot of walking in Tokyo.

Where do I start? The rooms are small but clean and comfy and kept clean constantly. The position is excellent, close to both Shibakoen and Mita stations and just a short walk to Tamachi Station, with a few more stations within a 15-minute walk radius. The Tokyo Tower is only 15 minutes away on foot! I loved the view from the room! The lounge is FANTASTIC. Spacious, with free coffee/orange juice throughout the day and even alcohol and snacks in the evening. A 10/10 if you're traveling for business and need to do some work!

The toilet was good, but I think overall smaller than most other places I've stayed at and a bit old-style. But I'm nitpicking. It was still really good! The wifi wasn't always great, though it was usually working fine. The fitness area is disappointing, with 1 bench, no weights, and just some cardio equipment. Don't expect any muscle training there.
