Kilifi Bay Beach Resort

The breakfast was adequate but I would have enjoyed it better if pork sausages were available instead of chicken or beef. The staff and the manager were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beach was relatively clean, long and very quiet. I would walk for miles.

The only thing that disappointed me was that we seemed to be miles away from any bars or restaurants (except one). The hotel has bars and a restaurant but if we wanted to eat out we would either call a taxi or ride pillion on one of the motorbikes parked up at the gate.

It was wonderful to experience grade 1 services and an enjoyable experience with the serin environment! It's always a pleasure to encounter staff who are not only amazing and clean but also helpful. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist can make all the difference in ensuring a comfortable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to talk to them. We like to return there. Very nice place to stay and having a rest - Coconut bar on the beach has a great atmosphere.

More variable breakfast would be nice. No joghurts. No espresso machine! And Kenya grows fantastic coffee beans. Spreading wi-fi to the rooms would be great. Some light sunbeds on the beach were missing.

on the beach, great location, the guy in charge of entertainment called Terry was great. highly recommend going on a day trip into Kilifi town with him to meet the locals and try some freshly caught fish too.

the toilet sometimes wouldn’t work, think the plumbing slightly struggled. the driver who was also meant to collect us from airport but got the dates wrong so we had get alternative transport but they were very apologetic about this.

From the moment you enter the hotel the receptionist are very welcoming and Steve was quite helpful , the manager is quite pleasant. the waiters are great and always helpful. The kids enjoyed their birthday weekend. The breakfast was great quite a lot of options to chose from.

i had made a request to have a microwave in my room but the request wasn't honored. The al carte restaurant is expensive though the food is great.

The Chale we stayed in was just right for a family of 3. Right on the edge of the beach with a great sea view. Lovely! Staff were also great especially Elizabeth at the bar and restaurant by the pool.

Tourism has been hit hard so they were short staffed. Staff on site were very helpful though. Also soak pit closer to the room we stayed in could do with a drain.

Staff and facilities were amazing. Always there and willing to help with anything.

Breakfast was good, but not always warm unless you ordered an omelet that was made fresh.

Very friendly and helpful staff - professional but also natural . Excellent beach location , clean swimming pools , good breakfast and good range of meals .

Nothing major - limited fish dishes on first day but this was due to the season when fishing affected by rains and cold weather .

The environment of the hotel is just phenomenal. Full of nature everywhere you go, also the rooms are nice and bright. Gives a sense of calm to stay at this place.

Wifi is terrible if you're planning on using it.

I liked how the staff was readily available, incredibly kind and helpful.The hotel manager is a very nice person.I loved the food and overall my stay there.

The shower was too hot and there was not one tap in the bathroom with cold water.
