Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut

I am very satisfied with this choice. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I stayed 4 nights and All my requests were done in no time. Always smiling, always respectful and ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable for me. Provided kettle, hairdryer, iron and iron board, water, cleaning service everyday. The location is amazing. I walked everywhere. Close to Zaytunabay, to promenade. I walked to Hamra street as well (if you dont mind 20 min stroll). The staff helped me to get a tour to Byblos, Jeita Grotto. The only catch might be that the sound isolation is not very good in the room. You can hear ppl in the hall and cleaning in the next room lol this might be an issue for those who like to sleep in till late, but wasnt my case so I was fine with it. Overall 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay again next time I travel.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada, they are professional and care about making their guests enjoy their stay. It’s a big hotel however and their primary interest is making money and you can feel that. Everything related to the hotel is immensely overpriced so we chose not to use their services very much. We do not feel the people in the reception gave us any valuable advice on what to explore in Beirut or Lebanon or anything related to making it a good visit in general. This was not the case for the people in the Lounge however, we found them to be much warmer. If it wasn’t for the people in the lounge I would’ve given our stay a 4/5, but the people that worked there especially Charbel was very kind and because of him we give our stay at Ramada a 5/5.

I loved the location,it was perfect. The hospitality was topnotch, and the staff were all amazing,courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Nour,Hassan,Ahmad, and all the guys in charge of breakfast were excellent. They decorated our room with beautiful roses prior to our arrival, and that was so sweet and thoughtful. They also allowed us to check out late for free,they waived the late checkout fees and told us not to worry about it, that left us speechless and so happy. We stayed in 3 hotels in beirut, and this was the best hotel of the 3. Very beautiful and lovely hotel with excellent service. I had a very beautiful stay.

Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I would like to extend a special thank you to Hotel Manager Elsi for her outstanding leadership and dedication to excellence. The Reservations Manager Amira for her attention to detail and professionalism. The receptionists - Hassan, Bassem, Hisham, and Amir - deserve special recognition for their warm welcomes and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Situated in the vibrant heart of Beirut's downtown area, this hotel boasts an exceptional location, conveniently close to various attractions and markets. Guests can easily explore the city with the added convenience of a parking lot. The hotel is known for its prime location and warm and friendly treatment of employees, who are consistently greeted with welcoming smiles. The rooms, designed for the comfort of two guests, are well-appointed with all necessary accessories, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Size of Bathroom

Alsy the revenue manager was very present and professional and solved some issues I had regarding my booking. The front desk staff “ Nour, Hassan, Olyana & Ahmed “ made me feel home. They were so friendly, kind and extremely professional.. I felt like I’m their friend not their guest .. wish all hotels had a staff like them. Even the bill-boy Ahmed Younes was so kind and helpful and was never cheesy or pushy like how it is in other hotels. The hotel is very centered and very clean. Room is modern and comfortable. Room service was very good .

The hôtel needs clear signs outside, my rides were lost many times trying to pick me up from the hotel.

Great location, helpful front office; they check up on you if you need anything, Their breakfast is satisfying,, the room that ı stayed in was in 10 th floor had nice Sea view.

The fridge does not work al all, safety box was not working properly as well. Although the cleaning staff visit the room everyday, they need to clean the floor properly, they you drop something, it gets dirty. Providing Taxi service by the hotel is a rip off the Guest. from airport to hotel they asked 20 US dollars, ı advised you to use different providers because right price around 9-10 dollars

It was as good as I expected it to be. The big advantage was the location, in the middle of downtown beirut, close to fancy spots and Zeituna bay. I just love how it is also 7min ride to any other neighborhood you'd want to go to as Ashrafiye, Hamra, Verdun.

No view but that I knew it, the pictures were very similar to reality and I chosed it knowing it had no view. It would just have been an amazing hotel if it had a sea view.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including my requests to have bottles of wine opened. The rooms and hotel was exceptionally clean, and we often thought we were in a much more expensive hotel. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant and bar was also very good. The fact that we had somebody park the car every day was an added bonus, as I wouldn't like to have had to look for parking myself. For anybody visiting Beirut, this hotel should be considered as an option, even if you are accustomed to traditionally "fancier" hotels. You will not be disappointed.

The location is amazing and is walking distance from the whole of downtown Beirut Zaitona bay, and Gemayze. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bed is super large and comfortable. Highly recommend as the value for money is very high.

Personally enjoyed all aspects to this hotel and cannot really pinpoint a single aspect to the hotel which i did not enjoy. the staff made sure we had a wonderful stay. Consider this hotel if you want to explore the city and you are not fixated on a beach view.
