The staff, the history, the smell / aesthetics and the cleanness.

Our room was extremely dark. I booked a larger room for our family, but we still got a relatively small and dark room, even with the lights on we felt as if we are in a cave, so it kind of demotivated us from staying in the room a lot.

beautifull interiors, great spa, very good breafast, excellent location

in rooms overlooking the yard it is hardly possible to open window in the night due to noice - late guests leaving the restaurant tend to be very loud. Unfortunatelly our room was overlookng the garbage collection, thus noice of glass bottles trown out by restaurant staff at 1am was somewhat disturbing. On the Saturday night we tried to book table for two at 7 pm in the restaurant - we were told everything was fully booked until 9 pm. When we passed by at 7:30, the restaurant was almost empty… Despite, it was a very nice stay, I recommend this hotel.

its my favorite place in lithuania to stay. you feel like home every time you come back. this hotel have a home feeling vibe somehow, and its the most important thing to me. staff is very friendly, lov them 🤍 food at the restaurant is amazing, spa also. just the best words for this hotel. coming back soon ✨

Breakfast provides a la carte menu and additionally offers a great buffet. It was delicious, plenty to choose from and the staff was wonderful. The spa is small, indeed, but because of it, you can spend time in the exquisite place alone with your other half, not being bothered by anyone else. The staff is polite and helpful with anything you may ask for. We were staying for one night but after arriving almost immediately decided to stay for another day after such an excellent check-in process. The hotel is beautiful and cared for, the corridors and other facilities speak for itself. We enjoyed every minute and didn't want to go out, feeling so relaxed and cozy. The location was great with many bars and restaurants nearby, along with sightseeing places to spend time outside. It was also a convenient location because of a lot of nearby parking spots for carsharing cars.

Best time ever! There are no words to describe the experience at this hotel. We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it was the best choice. Everything was top notch and I will definitely be back!!! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very kind staff with a welcome drink, helped to carry our luggage to the room. And a compliment was waiting in the room - a cremant bottle with macaroons (very warm and nice surprise). The room is a spaceship for me as an interior designer (in a good way). It was an aesthetic delight at every turn. SPA - very quiet, peaceful with very nice staff. No pools or any other water treatments, but completely unnecessary. The massage was one of the best in my life (Seriously. I had neck pain for two weeks and a 40-minute massage completely removed it - huge thanks). Restaurant - at a very high level. Very well balanced flavors and the visual presentation of each dish is high class. You can see that the cooks have trained abroad and are highly knowledgeable! I recommend to try tuna tartare - it was something! I recommend everyone to stay here - one of the best places!

Hotel is in a very good location, very beautiful and posh, nice bar, spa and restaurant. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. Syed at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, can see the guy knows how to look after the customers, the hotel management are very lucky to have him. I wish I catch the names of the staff at the bar and restaurant, extremely pleased with them.

I’ve ordered a bigger room and paid extra, however the room was actually smaller than one I had at the other hotel where I paid only £280 and here I paid £1200. Was disappointed with that.

The time I have spent in the hotel was marvelous in each segment touched. Starting from the entrance to registration desk, finishing with check out and other parts of the stay.

Existing price for parking within the premises of the hotel is the most high I have ever faced during travelling around the Europe. I do understand that the hotel is situated in the middle of old town, while 85 EUR per might is 41% from the price for the room per night.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Pacai in Vilnius. The staff made our experience truly unforgettable. Right from our arrival, their warm welcome and attentive service made us feel welcome. The location of Hotel Pacai couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Vilnius, we were able to explore the charming streets, historic sites, and vibrant culture with ease. Whether we were strolling through the Old Town or discovering hidden gems around every corner, the convenience of the hotel's central location made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't recommend Hotel Pacai enough for its exceptional staff and prime location. It truly enhanced our Vilnius experience, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel Pacai is located in old-town Vilnius in a historic mansion converted into a luxury hotel. The design of the building is modern, but the historical structure and style were nicely integrated. Our room in the 2nd floor had large ceilings and faced the inner courtyard, which made it conveniently quiet. Additionally, the windows were really soundproof - even when a wedding was celebrated in the courtyard you could hardly hear anything (the music was turned off at 10 pm anyways). Breakfast is served buffet-style and was absolutely luxurious! Fresh orange and grapefruit juice, sparkling wine, fresh bread, a huge selection of cheese, sausages, fresh fruit, cereals, and excellent coffee… additional hot breakfast options like porridge can be ordered from a menu, but we were perfectly happy with the varied options at the buffet. Service was extremely friendly and happily explained the history of the building and how it was renovated, but also gave recommendations or helped with restaurant reservations. From all hotels that we stayed in during our trip through the three Baltic states, Hotel Pacai was clearly the best - service, style, location, architecture, comfort, all just perfect.
