Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice feel to the interior décor. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Spa was well appointed. Good value compared to other options.

Very nice hotel and I would visit again, but overall I would say not quite 5*. There were big price labels on the water and snacks in the room; I understand why but it wasn't very homely. Breakfast didn't feel so 'fresh' (perhaps because of the current covid situation). It was also a great shame that breakfast was in the cellar without natural light when there were so many wonderful rooms on the 1st floor - who wants to start the day in a dungeon? Not many TV channels available.

Very good placement of the Hotel in the center of the Old Vilnius. Beautiful interiors of the Hotel. Breakfast was delicious and placed in interesting & beautiful place. Hotel has a free parking. Cozy & comfortable SPA zone.

There were no coffee machine or electric cattle in rooms what was not convenient. However there were possibility to buy-order coffee/tea to the room for additional payment.

We stayed one night with our 9 month old baby. Beautiful building and decorations. As soon as you walk in you're surrounded in elegance. Glass elevator was a hit with baby (and us too!). Our room looked out onto the Old Town cobblestone street. Good sized room (superior double) with large windows so lots of light coming through in the day. Air conditioning (it was actually pretty warm in early August) and mini fridge in the room. Good sized bathroom with toiletries and vanity kits. Good water pressure and easily adjustable temperature. We attended a wedding four minutes walk away from Hotel Narutis so the location was perfect for us. Close to lots of good restaurants and shops and other beautiful Old Town buildings. Staff were all friendly, prompt and professional - every interaction was super efficient, we never had to wait for any service/reply. We were provided a cotbed in our room which was nice and clean, our baby had fun playing with her toys and chilling in it. (Worth a mention because I have seen cotbeds in other hotels which were really manky so we didn't use them). We used the swimming pool and small plunge tub in the spa which were also lovely and clean. We had dinner and lunch from the hotel's restaurant (halibut and beef) which were superb. Breakfast was excellent, we had it delivered to our room. They were kind enough to hold our luggage for us after we checked out. Checking out was quick and easy.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer! :-) If I was nit picking - the double bed was two twins pushed together so there was a slight dip in the middle but that's understandable for hotels and was not a deal-breaker for us!

It is a very cosy and unique old town hotel. Location is excellent, breakfast is very nice, staff is extremely professional and friendly.

Spa facilities. Jacuzzi was cold (same temperature as pool water) and it was not working properly, bubbles were very weak and needs fixing. Should add at least few relaxing loungers / sunbeds. I understand that space is limited but taking the staff of the corner (were some kind of training bike is) could fit few. And as well ensure the is no unnecessary stuff lieing around (like exercise bikes). Sauna was not warm enough for my liking.

Excellent hotel and service! Very beautiful hotel with wonderful Christmas decoration. Great clean room and facilities! Comfortable bed! Excellent service, personal is attentive to all even small issues, very helpful! (All personal speak Russian). Amazing, tasty breakfast! Excellent central and quiet location! (Few minutes from University, Art Museum, Town Hall Square, Cathedral square, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets). Recommended!

It could be warmer in the room (heating max level was not enough according to the cold weather outside). But the hotel personal solved the problem immediately by bringing a radiator to the room. Excellent service! Heating floor in bathroom is excellent!

This is a lovely hotel full of character. The staff were lovely, and the service was mostly excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of items. Incredible value for money.

Our first room, which was lovely, had faulty air conditioning, and it was like a sauna. We were only offered a worse room, so we stayed. It was a very uncomfortable night. We moved the second night and were given a much nicer room.

Good location. Friendly receptionist. Nice reception area. Nice breakfast.

It wasn’t completely prepared for 3 people in the room. The person who brought the luggages sounded annoyed that we have chosen lift instead of stairs. The bedroom was very hot during the night as the conditioner was placed in the room where was the spare bed so we closed the door. We had the room facing the inside balcony which were only plants so not much natural light. There we not enough sockets.

Staff were superb, very helpful and friendly. Sauna was pleasant, pool too. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Parking is adequate and secure. Location couldn't be better, very atmospheric position, and the hotel has an air of tradition about it.

Not a dislike, but just to point out, finding vehicle entrance us very difficult due to one way streets. Best contact hotel, or arrive out front as I did and be directed.

Hotel was close to all amenities.

The staff could be a bit more friendly not really smiling match. Waitress knocked over my glass of red wine over the table but she did not apologise and then only topped my glass up to same amount which was in my glass.which I was a little bit surprised that she didn't offer me a full glass after this incident I think the staff could be a little bit more friendly very cold attitude however the desk manager was quite helpful.
