The check-in and check-out, the breakfast choices, the support in general and most importantly, the location in the midst of the old bazaar.

In every city I ever was, when a taxi has to wait, I am used to pay for the wait. The taxi allegedly ordered by the front desk did not wait, I did not get a call that it arrived, the attempts to order another taxi failed for almost half an hour and I had rely upon friends to support me. I missed half of a baptism, the reason for which I traveled. This spoiled my trip completely. I recommend that such things are communicated properly to guests.

The staff was very service minded and friendly. The location is one of the best in the city and the swimming pool was great! The breakfast was good as well.

We liked the hotel very much. However there was a few things that could have been better. We found some uncomfortable things in the room that should't have been there from previous guests, the cleaning can be improved. Also, the WiFi didn't work in the room. We also liked the swimming pool, however we wish that there was a few sun beds on the roof terrace.

Luxurious hotel in close distance from old bazaar. Staff was super helpful and we got everything we needed from them. Lovely bar and terrace in the uppermost floor. Breakfast was differently arranged and gave some splendor to morning. You had many options to choose from and they were prepared for you. Not your average buffet. Really spacious room with a working AC. Highly recommend this hotel! Loved the ability to use a sauna.

Our room was a bit outdated. It was clean and big, but a bit worn out. Shower head was also a bit broken, but still usable. Reservation sauna was a bit small, but enough for two people. Also shower in the sauna area was broken so had to use shower in the gym area. Overall everything was pretty ok. Nothing huge to complain.

The hotel is located in an excellent location , just next to the old bazaar which is one o the main attractions of the city and also 5 minutes walk from the center, so you can't really ask for more. Stuff was super friendly, the lady at the reception (Monica) gave us a warm welcome and the guy at the roof top bar was also very polite and keen to show us the night view of the city from the terrace of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, served also at the roof top with an excellent view of the city with daylight. Room was very spacious and very clean! Totally value for money, strongly recommend it!!!

Location and the view from the rooftop terrace! Absolute delight to stay at the heart of Skopje-Old Bazaar. An evening scroll through the street labyrinths is a must. Great wind off while transiting. Didn’t have chance to use the pool though - felt strange as it is IN the bar/next to restaurant in open recreation area with people walking around in suits :) would e perfect for the close pool party event 👍

Localizations was very good, big and tasty breakfast, spacious room and stuff which was amazing helpful.

No free water in the room and no kitten in the room which for this 5* should be as must have.

A very good location in the old bazaar, and a shirt walking distance to the market. Only a few minute walk to the east gate mall. The tallest building so far in Skopje, so it is easy to track your way back. Comfortable bed. Great view from the rooftop . Very clean.

The first room we got faced an old building. Luckily we got an alternative, but still with other compromises . You can hear sometimes what is going on in the neighboring rooms. The gym is very small and minimal. The jacuzzi and sauna room are not ventilated. Would recommend an easy way to open the window. No option to fill bottles with moderate water (something I did expect after staying in other places of 4 stars and less in Macedonia).

Very positively surprised about this hotel. From the outside, it is located in a rundown street and looks unattractive. But: * ample and safe parking just in front * access to the old bazaar quarter is just one block away * rooms are huge and comfortable * reception and other staff very friendly * top floor with rooftop bar and pool are genuinely nice - the view is awesome * breakfast was good I recommend this place.

Excellent hotel in the old bazar. Rooms are very comfortable. I like the bar and breakfast area on the 7 floor. Great vielw over Skopje. Nice breakfast included. Great staff at the reception with excellent English.

Breakfast and the staff very very kindness and friendly, The swimming pool on the 7.floor and the sighseeing big plus. And the spa whirlpool and sauna also very good. An no page boy. For a 5 Star hotel I expect a page boy.
