Value pay and good location, you can walk to Tesco and be surrounded by restaurants. The bank is also walking distance and this was my second stay at this property.

At 1st, my sibling booked this property and drove from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh after WORK. During the drive, around 2000hrs, the front counter called my sibling and checked on the check-in status and requested to make an online transfer before check-in to conform their stay, but my sibling mentioned will pay upon check in. Once they arrive at the property, the front counter claims the Booking.Com cancels the booking (at 2200hrs). To avoid argument, I re-booked for my family. Please be careful with this.

Counter Staff are very helpful and friendly especially both Ms devi and Ms Sarah. The room we stayed was clean. We also enjoy taking the shower. Water pressure is strong. No issue with hot water and drainage. Location of hotel is convenient as there are eateries (both Chinese and Muslim food) within walking distance. There is also Lotus just opposite the hotel.

Abit noisy especially when there a party is held at the function room on level one. We can hear the party at room 117 on level one.

Very clean, friendly staff. Room size is comfortable enough.

Parking is under local authority, have to prepay parking coupons.

The room was comfortable, the bed was big, and the aircon worked well. There’s a nice sitting area behind the lobby with a big table. The staff were amazing, let us store our luggage when we got there early and tried their best to check us in sooner. They helped us organize a car booking as well. Super lovely!

The only thing I would say is that you can hear the noise from the hallway quite clearly in the room. It didn’t really bother us as we were only there for one night, but maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

I like its cleanliness. Room rates are reasonable; stayed here before in smaller and larger rooms as well. Hotel location is nearby to Lotus's supermarket and few other eateries within walking distance.Tv channel reception is good, much less grainy than few other more expensive hotels i visited recently.

1 WiFi is terrible - there are over 3 access points found signals in room but none is stable enough to keep the connection. 2 The way it's water heater works for shower is simple and complex both at the same time. One knob direction or turn for water pressure AND temperature is somewhat confusing They had to put fine prints on the how-to use shows most, if not all guests find this 'sofisticatedly annoying'...

all of things was complete. Have a modern water heater. easy to go tourist area. Beautiful design in and out

have only one pillow for a person. i check in with my friend and only have one pillow and very thin. Bathroom looks expensive but moldy at wall and the glass and have long hair stick at shower walls. have spider web in mini shelf. The lobby looks very clean and expensive. The room should also make the same!

Ample size room. Near to the Lotus for simple shopping and near few of the restaurant. You can park your car nearby but on weekdays, make sure to pay the city parking. Room is clean with good water pressure in the bathroom.

The amenities are minimal. No tea supplied.

The room is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. The room smelled amazing eventho it was a smoking room, it didn't have the smoky smell. Beds were comfortable. The pics makes the room seem big however its not that big but comfortable

There was no fridge in the room. Waz a bit inconvenient to keep our beverages etc It was a tad bit noisy due to the Bazaar and also people who were hanging out at the back lane.

Good, clean and comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was good. Smelled fresh and nice. Well maintained

The walls were very thin. You could hear everything next door and outside. The hotel uses solar heater for the shower so it takes some time for the water to heat up.

Kudos to the housekeeping team! It is very clean. Bedsheet clean, toilet clean. Very good! Value for money, room quite big for standard room. Near to lotus, restaurant even hv selfservice laundry nearby. Recommended.

Suggestion : please provide water dispenser, they do provide kettle for hot water and 2 drinking water. Stayed for 2days drinking water is not enough.
