Ipoh Bali Hotel

One of the cutest hotels in the area. Some rooms have their own Coy fish ponds. The amenities in the room are great. Super tasty breakfast options available & the spa experience was great.

The room was advertised as having access to a nice backward, but it was just the path to the spa. Very narrow & had to be shared with other 2 rooms. Also no swing on the porch, again, which was shown in the images advertised when booking that specific room. Some reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming... Room safe is not fitted, so anyone can literally lift it and walk away with it...

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's design aesthetic and decided to upgrade to a 3-person room during check-in. The room was impressively spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, one aspect that could be improved is the lighting in front of the mirror. It was noticeably dim, making it somewhat challenging to apply makeup comfortably within the room. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I had a wonderful stay and appreciated the overall quality of the accommodations."

Bed is super comfy, the whole hotel setup and ambience is relaxing and still keeping good after so many years (last visit 2018). The hotel is very clean even in common area, hotel room came with your own bathtub with high ceilings. Tv channels are Astro, came with quite a lot of variety. Room service is fast. Breakfast is freeflow orange/coffee/milk/tea/lemon water, you can take ur own cornflakes and bread with butter Jam. Location is great if you want to access around town area or famous eateries.

However, the breakfast choice is per person one dish (to select at the counter) with a plate of fruits (guava with watermelon). Not a big eater so I am ok with it. You will get a morning call when your food is ready (the time you set for ur breakfast time at counter),or if you forget to order ur next day breakfast. Please inform the counter if you would like to remain peacefully in the room LOL. As they cook your breakfast on time. Overall great experience.

Firstly, the staff there are very nice and friendly and i feel very welcomed. The vibe there was amazing and you would really feel calm and relaxed there. The room was comfortable and I really had a good time resting there.

I dont like how the toilet is not sound proof as i could hear talking and sound from the other room in from the toilet. Could also hear the sound of water flowing every time someone uses the toilet or flush the toilet. The light in the room was fine but I wish that there would be brighter white light to use so we would have the option on using the yellow light or some white light cuz it would look abit dim sometimes although it makes it really cozy. That would be the same in the toilet where at night the bathtub and shower area is very dark because the only light source was the sunroof and it all depends on the weather on that day.

Amazing stay. Cleannnnnnnnn and the bed mattress is comfortable. Had a good sleep. Clean bathroom, had a pleasant bath in the bathtub. Amazing fragrance (body shower). Loved the stay throughout. There's no lift, so those with older family members who prefer ground floor can inform them earlier :)

Food was ok ok. Eggs Benedict actually hahaha. But then the nasi ayam betutu, my sister enjoyed it very much. Ipoh is always a place for delicious food, so go out there to the heart of ipoh to get your dopamines high from Chinese food out there.

The staff were super nice, the entire hotel is very atmospheric. There was a koi pond attached to our terrace which was very fun! The bed was super comfy, there was some relaxing music playing in the room. I went for a foot massage which was excellent. Breakfast was included, we could choose from a selection of local dishes.

We couldn't figure out where the music was coming from, and I wore ear plugs at night because I'm sensitive to hearing flowing water at night (and have to pee a lot!) which was constant because of the koi pond.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to the hotel manager. Our car could not start on the day of departure and he helped us call to get a mechanic down but when he could not get one, he drove out to find one for us. He went out of his way to offer assistance to us and we are very grateful for this. The hotel is very comfortable, my mum says that she had better sleep in the hotel bed than at home! Will stay in this hotel again if I am in Ipoh.

The breakfast was delicious, you can choose a different dish each morning and it's prepared fresh. Any of the Balinese chicken dishes are incredible. The room was very comfortable and there was a bath which was nice. Staff were friendly.

The wifi was really unstable, i had an on and off connection the whole time and my husband couldn't get any wifi on his phone which made it difficult planning our days and ordering taxis. When we raised this to the staff they wasn't much help and we were made to feel it was our phones which were the problem.

First and foremost, the customer service offered was exceptional. I needed some deco for my stay and the staff tirelessly assisted me. They have been consistent kept in touch with me thru whatsap. Secondly, the stay itself a memorable one. The staff was very friendly and warm. The hotel was cozy and relaxing. You will have kind of resort stay feel. I enjoyed the stay so much. They offer only breakfast. The menu was limited but excellent. Since I am vegetarian, I worried about the food. Amazingly, the staff helped me to customise the menu to suit my need. Overall it was a memorable wonderful stay.

All was good. Nothing to complaint

Garden suit was relaxing and best of the choice. My mom love it especially morning sitting at the fish pool side with cup of coffee.

There is no buffet style of bfast, but the staffs was friendly and intro the suitable dish for bfast to be chosen. Bali style of bfast is our favourite choice. Thanks
