room cleanliness 100%, quite place, food nearby (walking distance to near foodcourt) located at the end of the building near the hotel. can ask frontdesk hotel for exact location. nearby location AEON Nilai etc.. (whatever u looking for just google nearby area 😁). Staff friendly, helpfull. parking 👍 just in front hotel. overall i satisfied & happy to come back for a stay.

bathroom clean, utensils all good except towel holder ady damanged when i check in 😅. but not big issue for me. hope they can fixed it coz really annoying the towel rod keep falling out 😂😅.

Quiet, reasonable price, helpful staff. Close to Sepang Circuit (12km) and KLIA airport (20km-ish). A lot of convenient stores nearby, next to branded pizza and chicken houses, surrounded by local restaurants. Able to walk to AEON and Lotus's. Large 3-pax room with big glass window.

Far from central without convenient public transportation except taxi. Check before booking if you want a room with window. Some guests brought in durian, caused unpleasant smell through the floor. No soundproof.

We booked 3 days prior to the stay, however some technical issues occurred which left no room left for us specifically the one we chose. However the counter staff upgraded us to a better room without charging us extra fees as the room is much bigger n better. Theres an extra ceiling fan, better chairs and much much more spacious room.

Hotel , room, bathroom all were very clean and tidy. Hotel is surrounded by many facilities including a big mall.

In the bathroom, the water not flowing. We had to open the drain cover to let the water flow fast. The staff at the counter, was not helpful. He was feeling reluctant to leave his chair to help us with the check in. The price was a little confusing too. Its clearly written in the entrance and in the room itself the nett price per night is RM100 but we got charged more. When we asked, the receptionist said it's the tax.

The room of I'm booking very good 😊 and also I'm always booking this hotel because I like this hotel so much👍☺️❤️.

Some rooms toilet 🚽is good and some of rooms toilet it's not good that's only .But the others all perfect of me ☺️👍.

The room and toilet are very clean and properly managed. The room size is just nice, big and comfy enough for a couple. There is a lot of spaces to store your belongings along with a safety box.

The fact that the iron and iron board is outside and we have to use it just beside the elevator.

Overall ambience and simplicity of checking in.

Hotel shd inform guest up front upon check in about the parking fee by the authority. Seems that every guest was slapped with parking tickets.

The locatiom was just perfect! The hotel is facing the forest yet it's within minutes to the city center. Pizza Hut, KFC & The Secret Recipe restaurant were within walkimg distance from the lobby.

Everything was just nice considering the economic price. I have no complaints.

Booked the hotel for my parents and they are very satisfied with the hotel facilities. Surrounded with shop and easy access to nearby shop and restaurant

Although it is 2 star hotel but the facility is nearly clean and meet the standard of health. The shower water is quick efficient.

The is no cleaning bag, hair dryer, proper cup placer for coffee drinking.
