The Everly Putrajaya

Check in was smooth. Got clear directions from the front desk staff. Bed was great - love the semi double! Like the fact that the hotel tried to be eco friendly by giving the "duck" notices about towels but although I hung mine up (no change), it was changed. Not complaining, just saying. great wifi connection - very easy to get connected and stay connected. No issues with moving my laptop all over the room. Better than the gym - the walk about the lake.

I asked for a room near the elevator but the room I got was about 6 doors away - maybe my room type wasn't available. Beddings had visible black dirt marks. Scum and mold growth on toilet joints. Breakfast was ok. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. But at RM30 per person, it's an ok value. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast option again though. Would have liked to choose tea flavour for breakfast rather one for all. The Roomies app - I downloaded it expecting to be able to cast it on the tv. Uninstalled the app and went back to my usual streaming site on my laptop.

The room is spacious and comfortable beddings. Coffee machine worked well. The room internet seem not stable and always get disconnected. The housekeeping boys are friendly. Good location easy access to the nearby mall. Breakfast spread is limited but good enough. The lady at the egg station needs to show friendliness and not looking stressful. There is still room for improvement of the breakfast menu.

The window curtain design needs to be improved because light reflection can pass through at the sides when closed and affect your comfort while sleeping or lying in bed. Please check on this. Junior suite. Rubbish bin seems to be limited only for a handful of rubbish thrown in. No card signage for DON'T DISTURB and MAKE UP ROOM to be attached to the door. Knocking at door hardly can be heard. Do take my comment seriously and act on them. Thank you.

Clean, spacious, comfy bed and hotel, next to Alamanda mall - thank you for the lovely stay in the two rooms (executive suite and king room), love the refillable water bottle and bathtub.

The downside is swimming pool smells of urine instead of chlorine and designated only for young children, long queue for checkin, not enough lifts during checkout time, not enough seats and food for breakfast, not enough towels in room (only 2 towels if booked for 3 people - had to ask), should have soap dispenser, not enough soap for bath tub, thick towels not properly washed, no refill for coffee machine, roomie app did not work.

Everly is very strategically located. It's right behind Alamanda Shopping Centre, so you can literally just walk there if you are looking for easy food outlets. My room had a beautiful view of the lake and guest are able to access the pathways surrounding the lake if you are interested in a workout session. The pool is on the small side, so in the late afternoons during peak days it can get quite congested. The food was delicious, not to big a spread but enough to satisfy foreign and local taste buds. The staff were lovely and efficient, and the room was clean. Parking space is ample, two floors for guest and I drive a mini SUV, the ramps had sufficient width to ensure easy maneuvering. It was a great staycation trip, definitely stay there again.

What a superb room. Out of my expectation!! Decoration, cleanliness, swimming pool was superb. Some more, we got free high tea during our stay. Inside the room, there is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker for those who love to drink coffee, and free soft drink inside the freezer. 2 TV's provided, one at the living room, and one at bed room (for executive suite) with free Netflix and YouTube. Alamanda is only beside the hotel, just walk only to go there. Highly recommended for family stay!! I really enjoy stay at this hotel!!

Nothing. All was superb!!

Variety of buffet breakfast, The location is near Alamanda and the environment is so nice. We enjoyed the scenery of the lake. Bicycle rental is so cheaper.

The dining area is too crowded, No PIC at the gym even 2 different times went there to rent a bicycle and had clashed with another customer due to the last item left.. The pool is limited because of the small area and seems like more for kids.

The single bed was large such as super single can accommodate 2 thin person actually.. it was clean and the staffs were very helpful even when our door was lock.. the location very close to alamanda shopping mall just in walking distance

The breakfast actually was good but i was suppose to get breakfast with the room but when i looked again to the booking the breakfast wasn't included.. maybe it was my mistake or just internet marketing trick that cheat customers.. so i just walked in for RM40 per head for me and my colleague.. well will be careful again with internet marketing .. overall the food was good.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bath tub is a little bit on the small side, but it's enough for my 2 y/o son to splash around in it. They have a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine in the room, with complementary capsules, which my wife and I enjoyed it. The highlight of the stay is the location. It's just a walking distance to Alamanda and the view of the lake from our room is scenic, even though it's a man-made lake. We enjoyed a morning walk along the edge of the lake in the morning. Will definitely come again.

1) Spacious lobby with sofas which are good for clients to sit and wait. We are unable to check in early, but able to put our luggages near the counters area and labelled with our names. Can only retrieve the belongings if matched the paper card on our hands. 2) Front staffs are super friendly, helpful, cheerful and patient. The front desk guy is very friendly and patiently wait for us despite so many times of failed transactions. 3) Theme of this hotel is little cute yellow ducklings. All the soap, shower gel, shampoo are bottled in duckling bottle. One thing which you cannot see in most of the hotels outside: they provided sealed drinking water in glass bottles which are so cute. 2 drinking cups, 2 coffee cups with plate, and kettle too. 4) Another special thing: they provide free movie with if you scanned their QR code. TV are huge and so many nice channels. 5) I booked twin beds. But the room are super spacious with another sofa, one big working table with big mirror, big cupboard, big safe, iron, iron board, fridge, hair dryer and big chair. The view from my room is the UNESCO Putrajaya Wetland lake. 6) The housekeeping staffs are super friendly. They really cleaned and tidied up the room. They arrange the things nicely and made the bed super nice. You can feel the amazing service provided by them, they fill up the toilet necessities and topped up the shampoo despite has not finished yet. They politely knocked the door when they heard we are still inside the room. They really paid attention to small details. Good job!! 7) Our level has free water refill machine with duckling theme too. So thoughtful of them. 8) After they cleaned the room, the let the sun shined in, which I loved it a lot.

So far so good as always. Friendly staff & very responsive We stayed at 2 rooms with connection door,family of 6 with children. The bed is super comfy,even for single bed the size of super single which comfortable to fit 2 adult with 2 children. A walking distance to Alamanda shopping mall,a few minutes away esp to watch movies and super easy to get food. One of the reason we stayed there. We enjoy the gym activities & cycling. The breakfast menu with lots of variety to choose,from local delicacies to western. Overall, a super comfy & suitable place for a family trip. If we plan a trip to putrajaya,Everly always on our list of place to stay.

I think the price,its quite high during year end.
