I truly love the hospitality of the receptionists (Naseer & Edith) who provided assistance to all of my requests. Secure parking, affordable, clean bedroom and great location. For double bed type of room, the room space is quite limited so i specifically asked for a unit which is slightly larger. There is no wardrobe but hooks are available to hang your clothes. The ambience of the room and the surrounding of the place are exactly like the pictures shown.

parking space with roof. tv and remote control in good condition . complementary toothbrush and toothpaste . normally cheap hotels don’t have these nowadays.
rooms that was built with cement board is a bit hot during the day and had to put the Aircond very low and turn on the wall fan.

The rooms were really comfortable. We book 2 standard rooms and its good. It feels like home and the staff really helpful.
The things that i didnt like is there are cockroaches. We saw 2 cockroaches but glad their staff help us with the cockroaches. Maybe because our room is in ground floor and no wonder there would be cockroaches. If u want to stay u may request for 1st floor or 2nd floor.

kinda hot. The ac can barely be felt. its ok but kinda hot especially in the afternoon. but there's fan so the heat is manageable 👌🏻👍🏻the heater switch was placed right beside the heater so take an extra caution when showering or using the sink

I love the customer service, their staff named Naseer was very helpful and committed to his job. It's worth to stay here especially for traveller since the place just nearby airport. Will be my choice if come to Kota Kinabalu from Peninsular..
