New hotel, everything is new. The hotel not busy. The decoration of the hotel is nice. The hotel is clean.

There is no iron in the room. The pool open at 9 am, not early morning. The bathroom is small. The price expensive.

Large room with a nice view from the 16th floor. The room was modern and had good lighting. There were also some extra touches like a steamer instead of an iron, and a lamp with a wireless charger. The TV is a Samsung so you can mirror your screen if you have a Samsung device. But there were some English movie channels as well. The staff was friendly. Definitely value for money! It's next to a mall, EkoCheras, with a supermarket, restaurants (Mostly Chinese). There is another mall within walking distance through a tunnel, called Leisure Mall. It's also close to public transport.

It was a bit hard to figure out the light switches since there were so many different lights. The light under the sink was a tricky one to figure out! After a while my friend found out that it could be turned off from her bedside. Would have been better from the sink area. Which is in the room. The toilet and shower is behind a frosted glass door, if you have privacy concerns, look elsewhere 🤣 I didn't mind it that much though. The beds were a bit hard.

Overall the stay was good. Room is very spacious and the ceiling was high. Layout was practical and amenities were well provided with the price I paid for. We called for the housekeeping and maintenance team for the aircond (which we did not know how to play about with the settings) and the response team responded and act very fast and swiftly. I must say thank you and kudos the all the friendly staff

The hair dryer felt very sticky, and the black taping around the wiring was loose ..making it look dirty. Toilet grouting wasn't clean. I hate driving up the car park. Which sinage we find it hard to identify especially when we were coming down. Going up at first it felt very scary as it looked like an abandon building and dodgy.( But once u r inside, especially the room it calm us down.)

The location is superb! Who would have thought there sited a decent 4-stars hotel at Cheras area. Staffs are very attentive (thanks Aida and Nastassia), especially Nastassia because I have requested for a room change/upgrade from common room to Loft type at night time 9pm+, she responded really quick and the whole process took around 15mins only. Kudos! The overall ambience is great and really exceeded my expectation, it's clean and lovely while we were in the hotel. Gonna stay in again in the near future.

Okay, based on the guest reviews on Booking.com and Google, we already knew the guests are often mad at that their slow and inefficient check-in process, but guess what, we did wait for quite a period yet the staffs are polite and tried their very best on taking care of our patience. I don't think this should be the reason not choosing INNSiDE for your trip! I will still recommend this Hotel to my foreigner guests!

A good hotel is totally defined by the friendly staffs, interiors and facilities available. INNSiDe hotel is one of those hotels where you will get it all. Me and my wife stayed there for a week and they have provided everything we have requested. We arrived the hotel with a small surprise for the birthday celebration. Breakfast was excellent and their pastries are amazing, loved the chocolate cake. A must for all to try. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward for our next stay on November. Breakfast was wonderful and the location. i have enjoyed the breakfast and had different varieties.

The hotel is accessible to nearby MRT and it is convenient for us to explore the KL city. The linked Eko Cheras Mall also makes us easier to find food when starving. The staff is friendly and polite in solving our problem. The mattress and pillows provided are relatively comfortable that make us faster to fall asleep. We also found that the environment is quite cozy because we have been allocated to the room at the corner. The water pressure inside the bathroom is satisfied.

Being a 4-star hotel, the hotel is not the best choice but still an ideal selection because of the quiet and cozy environment. Sadly, the flat-screen TV provided is a smart tv but not an android tv, we cannot play YouTube or Netflix to fully enjoy a chill holiday in the hotel room. The water temperature in the bathroom is also hard to be adjusted which causes us to always pull here and there to suit our ideal temperature. Furthermore, it is suggested to use a dark colour glass instead of matte glass to cover the bathroom as we can see someone is bathing inside (privacy concern).

Good location, easy to reach with public transport and can be accessed through a shopping mall. Especially useful in the hot weather or rain. Breakfast was okay, but you had to pay extra for a latte/cappuccino etc. Slightly limited selection for vegetarians or vegans, but the food was fresh and tasty overall. The interior design is very modern, nice clean rooms with lots of lighting and storage. Large comfortable bed and free bottled water. Great aircon. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Didn't use the swimming pool as not had time, but used the gym and it was good. Yoga mats are provided in the gym for use as well.

The towels were changed whether we requested it or not, I would have preferred to help the environment a tiny bit by using the towel more than once before it was taken away. The sink wasn't 100% clean near the tap.

we didnt have a lot of expectations since this is fairly a new hotel. however we were very pleased with the hospitality given by the innside team. the check in n check out process were smooth n quick. the parking lot was free with no extra charge. we did ask for a simple surprise for our daughter birthday and they did exceptionally well with the decor and the cake, we were blown away. my daughter was so excited! , they also upgraded our room. the view from the room very nice. the hotel feels very calm, fresh and comfy. eventhough the breakfast spread lacked in variety but the taste was good! i especially like the omelette and the fried rice and you can request the kitchen team to cook the eggs for you. i also like how it has direct access to the eko cheras mall and the hotel is located literally inside the mall. the decor of the hotel is also very hip and insta ready. we had fun taking pictures there. the pool was new and not so bad either. This is truly a hidden gem right in the middle of the city. Thanks to all the innside team members for creating a great experience for us. #staycurious

Accommodation: The rooms at INNSiDE are nothing short of exquisite. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, they provide a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and high-speed internet access, catered to all my needs.

Sometimes you happen to get a room near the lift area which can be a little disturbing early in the morning cus the elevator's sound.

The facilities, amenities and rooms are all quite new and very clean. Our king bed was very comfortable to sleep on, though I wish there were firmer pillows (should have requested for some). Location was convenient with direct access to a mall for food and snack shopping, and complimentary parking for hotel guests is always an appreciated thing. Room was well equipped and for the price it is hard to beat its value. Staff at reception and throughout the property was very helpful and welcoming, kudos to the team!

There was a ceiling speaker thing that occasionally made some noise as though a radio channel was playing through very bad adjusting and crackling, which was quite scary at first but we soon ignored it. it only happened a couple of times during our stay.
