Semua ok...but something spoil my holiday mood...During checkin,i ask frontdesk staff..view apa ya dr bilik sy..dia balas . Ni BILIK MURAH..tak ada view apa-apa,bgunan shj...where the etiquette as a frontdesk staff? I know the room is murah with costly near rm200...but can you just replace the word MURAH with standard??? Bcause im really appreciate my rm200..thanks

Dear Manager Kindly have Pool Schedule to limit time for guests during peak season to be fair to other paying guests to enjoy the pool too. Other hotels are doing it, what's your excuse. You have 200 pax guests. Pool opening hours from 10 am - 4 pm. 10 am - 11 am = 30 pax 11 am - 12 pm = 30 pax 12 pm - 1.00 pm = 30 pax so on and so forth Let the guest sign in and choose what time is available rather then let the 1st 30 pax stay in the pool from 10 am till closing time..please be considerate

The room was spacious.i love the wardrobe.it came with iron,ironboard which doesnt require me to call the housekeeper.spacious wardrobe & toilet. But the toilet need serious clean up. Parking was ok. The pool is in the pub area its really beautiful

The toilet is dirty. The pool is not kids friendly at all. If you're less than 158cm, i dont suggest you to dip in unless ur a good swimmer.its kinda deep and totally for adults not kids.

The room was big and comfortable. Facilities inside the room including a proper full size refrigerator, electric appliances exceeded my expectations as the price paid was low for that room. Perfect lighting in room and comes with bath and bathtub.

The porte-cochère of the lobby was a big disappointment. It was not managed well and the space was too small for cars to drop off guests and leave. Caused traffic all the way to outside hotel compound. I had to walk out to the road to get on my Grab car.

Staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed.

The shower in the bathroom was damaged and the bathrub could not store water. Waited 20 minutes to change rooms.

Our flight arrived quite early in the day so we got there well before check-in time. However, the receptionist said our room was ready so allowed us in early. For which we were very grateful! It was great to have a shower, freshen up then go out and start our KL experience.

Nothing really. Our studio was very spacious, if a bit dark. Our teabags and sugar weren't replenished, but we could live with that. I always carry my own anyway!

The size of the room is big and convenient.

Just the parking.

The room is very comfy and located near KL Tower, you can just walk there.

Parking space was quite limited, but everything was great.

The room is so good.. staff reception 👍🏻👍🏻 but staff at the pool side give so bad service.. u should tell us before we entering the pool about the rental of lifebuoy.. after we used it at the pool suddenly u ask for the rental...🙄🙄

Definitely worth for staying here. 1. Room is extremely huge and clean 2. Office table and chair for your working 3. Fridge and kitchen standby for your needs 4. Easy access for car park with a pay of RM10 only for your stay and it is multiple entry! 5. Bed is very comfortable 6. Room with hot bathtub 7. Ease noise

One of the lady receptionist needs to improver her communication skill. Water pressure is slightly low. But still aacceptable.
