The view at the rooftop so good..

1 day RM15 for parking it's to expensive.. give discount for the guest stay more than 1 day..

The staff at the restaurant in 1st floor are really friendly and always smiling. The receptionist are good. Across the street is Quill city mall,and petronas. The left side is Hilton gardens, 7 eleven and Chow kit (Bus stop for KL hop on Hop off Bus) area where there's variety of restaurants serving Arabic food, Indian food and Chinese. There is monorail on the right and LRT on the left side. Grab is convenient way to travel within the city.

On our first night, we find the linens dirty. We requested it to be changed and ask for a couple of pillows and bathrobe. They don't have bathrobe. Towels are limited to one person each.

Comfortable and clean and good enough for me and my wife. It has the pool. Hot water AC works well CLEAN And Fresh sheets Wonderful view. (I love staying at top level floors) Lobby below has the local mamak cafes. Near to quill city Laundry available beside hotel Masjid very near Very quiet and comfortable Size of room is not too small But above all, it's the cleanliness and comfort I love.

Pool closes too early. And little mould on the shower area. But it's all good.

The Room was nice. Great view from the roof! However, KL is a wonderful city and you may find options with even better view here. Enjoy Kuala Lumpur!

No way this breakfast could be ranked as meal from 4* hotel. I didn't like it at all. At least, there was something to eat though. Later I refused from looking hotel with breakfast and found apartments in KL which I liked more. Anyway, still, KL is a place where you would get great value for money! And this hotel also.

Convenient Location, monorail line right next to hotel, station very closeby, bus stop opposite hotel, hotel opposite is kampung baru entrance (loads of food available at night) Pool was clean, rooms clean, all standard facilities, hotel quite quiet even during rush hour time, awesome rooftop area with pool, helpful and friendly staff Banks available around the hotel within walking distance Cafe available, restaurant and room service food available Bathroom got hair dryer and big mirror Safe available, hangers, kettle, dressing table, mini fridge, tv etc..

Toilets need few repairs and bit more maintenance related to drainage and fittings etc Additional deposit of RM 100 needed and tourism tax RM 10 per day(for foreigners) Still ok but need to be mentioned prior on booking.com clearly Pool opening hours can be extended until 10 if possible and rooftop would be awesome place to serve some food, coffee, have a smoking area bit away from pool since got ample space

I've left one beg in the room and went down to proceed check out. Front desk staff called room service to check before refund Rm100 deposit. Then I realised left my beg in the room. Went up to check. Saw their staff sitting in the room and showed me the bed. I took my beg and came out. Once I'm out opened and check the beg. I noticed my beg has been opened before since the item arranged missed placed inside the beg. As a staff if customer left beg inside room, should called immediately and inform Front desk. Not to open my beg and do spot check. Nothing valuable inside yet I'm disappointed with their staff behaviour. Hope they can improve their service level.

Excellent Staff, really helpfull and they let me to keep my lagguage there, before i check in and after i checkout. Room is tidy and clean. Tv signal is good. The bed and pillow was super comfy, my wife really love it. All amenities is excellent like water heater, mini bar.

1.The room 616 which i stay for one night got bathroom hole clogged. And water will accumulated below you ankle and take around 20 second to subside. The ceiling got a bit mould above the toilet seat. The toilet outside door got railing problem. The safe box is locked did not been reset. 2. The swimming pool pump and water circulation is not proper. Got sendiment at the pool surface. 3. Be care full at night time the street a bit quiet and a lot of homeless people at the pedestrian walkway.

It was very hard to find a cheap hotel in Kuala Lumpur, when I needed to check-out late in the evening because of my flight. The hotel was ok clean, everything worked well for me. The quality-price ratio for that was good.

There were no sunbeds at the pool. I would have wanted one but have to use chairs.

The location is superb - 10 minute walk to Chow Kit night market - another 10 minutes and you are at the Petronas Towers. The rooftop view is another real highlight, and a privilege to have a pool. The room is lovely and comfortable with all I needed. A bargain of a place to stay.

the comfortable bed and clean environment

I stayed at this hotel 3 times. This time got bed bugs on the bed. I get bit by the bed bugs and ask for changing room at around 3 o'clock at midnight. However, It's still the first choice for me next time. I hope that the hotel can be alert with these kinds of bed bugs and clean the room often even though nobody stays for a long time.
