being a regular guest to this hotel i can see the breakfast buffets for Malay cuisines is getting plain and simple. e.g provided nasi dagang but dont have gulai ikan/ayam. it’s so weird. kotiow goreng so spicy and dry but Indian and western cuisine dishes are great. pls improve on this

The staff, everyone was super nice! i love the size of the room, the location is walking distance to sunway putra mall.. breakfast was good.. this hotel holds a special place in my heart since i was a child..

The musty smell of the pillows.. my second stay in less than 3 months but same issue with the pillows.. would highly recommend the pillows to be changed as the smell is very bad & the pillow is almost flat that you can fold it..

changed venue to Seri Pacific due to kids loved to swim in the pool since plan A hotel did not have a pool. this was our 2nd Seri Pacific stay & i could say the location was somewhere near perfect; public transport was accessible, shopping mall was opposite the premise & we always loved the hotel's vibe & environment. Price wise is always within our budget & that is the main reason of our stay at Seri Pacific

- changed venue to Seri Pacific due to kids loved to swim in the pool. Once arrived I immediately booked the available slot at the pool. However later during my slot there were no staff manning the pool, in fact it was crowded as other guests did not follow the time slot allocated. Kids were annoyed, uncomfortable & they only spent 30mins instead of the slot allocated which is 1 hour. less points on staff for that. - staff who manning the coffee house did not push guests to use the plastic gloves provided. in fact majority of the guests used their bare hands when using the buffet utensils

It’s in front of the mall and connected to putra world trade centre, near to train station, easy to park (if there’s no exhibition/event, please avoid coming during peak season like umno party meetings). Quite cosy. Some room have kl twin tower view. The staff was very warm, welcoming and friendly. Check in and check out was fast because 2-3 counter operated at the same time. Iron and hair dryer provided in the room. There’s bath tub, toilet and rain shower. No old carpet smell (in my experience). I have been staying here few times. Price was quite reasonable than other hotels in the city centre. One of my favourite hotel.

Since the hotel is quite old, some of the facilities look old and fading. For me, one plug at the wall was’nt function.

Room price according to room size , The person who cleans the hotel room is very nice and friendly. If you don't want that person to clean the room, I put a sign on the door, please don't disturb , When you meet someone tidying the room, he will alert every door, for example I put a sign please do not disturb, he will ask if there is anything added if you suddenly meet him , he will give you anything you want to add like shampoo, soap , coffee and anything . This hotel is suitable for convocation students because ,the reason is that it is close to the convocation hall, you only have to walk, no need to take a grab car. If you still searching hotel , this hotel best recommended .

i like the staff here. cause they are very helpful.. i didn’t remember my makeup bag in car at wtc parking and i want to pick it up on 2am alone but the staff give me accompany because they said it dangerous to go alone since i am women. thankyou seri pacific! also, i booked here because of my convocation is at wtc so it really near to go there by stay here. i very recommend to people who want to have convocation at wtc to book here ^^

the parking. it’s really difficult for me since i park at wtc basement parking. i need to take stamp at the receptionist then find f9 counter at the parking to redeem it before checkout from the parking. the person in charge in f9 are really not helpful.

Got upgraded to a room with a view of the twin towers, 22nd floor Delicious array of food choices for breakfast - dangerous if you're a food magpie! Next to a mid range shopping mall which has a variety of food choices, very close to a seven eleven for water/drinks etc Near a long road specialising in kids toys and souveniers Comfy beds and pillows - youre given both soft and hard pillows and the mattress is firm. Room is spacious and the view from the window was amazing.

The bedsheets had a stain upon arrival - the type that doesn't wash out. The cleanliness of the bathroom was sub-standard. Mould in the grout, missing grout, the shower isn't cleaned properly...my hair from the day before was still on the shower walls. All of this is not what you'd expect from a "5 star" hotel. Cleanliness over the niceties. There wasn't a full length mirror in the bedroom or bathroom. There was no mirror in the bedroom near a plug socket for you to use heat styling equipment (hair straighteners). Being near a station was supposed to be handy but the train is often on limited service. This caused an issue when getting to and from the airport. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but you need to bear this in mind when looking at the pros/cons.

We were greeted by a very fine Floor Manager Encik Fauzi, he is so kind and i couldn't even forget how he handle us professionally so that just give us the positive first impression 😊 the other facilities/accommodation were just fine. Room clean service is awesome 👍🏼

We didn't get the room facing the KLCC tower..kinda a bummer..laundry service is very expensive I know other hotel could be the same as well but I went through tedious outing finding a lobby + costed me time & money just to get our laundry cleaned..I wish they could make the laundry service reasonable or at least serve a mini DIY Laundry there in the hotel..

Location next to Mall Very Good Breakfast Very attentive staff. Ideal for city tourism We used Grab app for cabs, very reasonable priced. Rooms very oldish style but very nice.

Booking.com booking confirmation mentioned extra bed for kids is included for kids under 12, but when we arrived, the reception staff tried to charge extra 100 ringitts per extra bed per rooms. We resisted and eventually (we booked 3 rooms with extra bed) got 1 extra bed in 1 room, no extra bed in another room, 1 cot in 3rd room. So had to compromise on the extra beds. Not sure if the problem is with booking.com or the Hotel system, we liked the hotel, except this whole extra bed in room issue.

Swimming pool was lovely to cool down on a hot day and hardly anyone else used it! There were loads of options at breakfast. Felt very much like a 5 star experience from walking in with somebody opening the taxi door and taking my bags, and classical music playing in the lobby (but if you regularly stay in 5 star hotels maybe you would not be as impressed as I was!) Definitely spend the extra money to stay here if you're travelling because the cost for a king sized private room is relatively similar to a bed in hostels in more expensive parts of Switzerland...treat your self :)

The women's changing rooms for the pool were in disrepair and didn't fit the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel
