Excellent location .Value for money. Ample parking available.

Room was confirmed to have a bath tub but turned out to be a ‘jacuzzi?’ Not very suitable for senior citizens as one needs to ‘climb’ over and faces risk of tripping/falling.

It is about 100m away from busy tourist area. Quiet, good air con, shower pressure, wifi with stately present of a grand hotel. Perfect for us and we will stay again when we visit Melaka.

The location was excellent, walking distance to most tourist attractions.

Management will need to see on the showers in the bathroom as hot water was not really hot, preasure wasn't good

Overall all good. (A)Check-in procedure not take longer time, only 10mins. (B)Room service and cleanliness was good. (C)Breakfast was served by set meals, manager friendly with the customers. It’s good arrangement that the restaurant served with set meals so customers can enjoy a warm hot meals. (D) Staffs at the Reception counter friendly too. (E) Hotel location excellent. 8mins walk to Jonker Walk

(A) Hope can change the bed sheets everyday to make sure cleanliness always. (B) The room and corridor can provide some mini perfume , its abit smelly in certain times (C) Hope the breakfast can provide more new set meals.

The building is beautiful. The staffs are friendly and following the procedures to do their works. Every instruction was clear.

The outlook of the building can be improved, such as the tree outside, the branches are blocking the Hotel’s name. When I take photo, cannot see the full words. In the photo, they will switch on the light outside. But when I stayed overnight, the light wasn’t on, I cannot take picture of the night view.

Loving everything 😍 chose this hotel to enjoy its bathtub and i swear im gonna come back again next time. Every corner of the room was instragrammeable spot. Smart tv provided, u can enjoy netflix/youtube in the room. The location is near to jonker however not too near that u can walk if ure tired. Loving the environment and affordable price. The bathtub need fixing, some buttons are not functioning, and there is screw which inside the tub which not covered, can cause sharp injury to the user..

Safe and convenient parking. They provided motorbike parking near the entrance of the hotel. Our room were great as we were able see our motorbike from the window. It made us feel secure and relieve. The room and the toilet were spacious. Love the concrete flooring in the shower. It definitely made me feel like a shower therapy session haha. There was a great Nasi lemak place nearby the property and it was a walking distance. Despite the mishap during the check in, I would still come back to this hotel.

Check in was not smooth. During the check in, the counter staff did not double check my name and took the wrong paper. I paid the booking through booking.com but was told to pay again. Was surprised and almost paid again. Luckily, my husband double checked the name of the booking and it was the wrong name. Thankfully, that cleared up and was able to check in. Jonker walk was slightly further from the hotel. If you like walking and as adventurous as me, the distance is okay.

the location is strategic yes. and having private jacuzzi is a huge plus point, we enjoyed it very much. the room is clean and comfortable

they should refurbish the wallpapers, the door to the deck, the jacuzzi as it looked kinda worn out. i didn't dare to use the hair dryer as the wire was chapped and looked unsafe. and i wish they will reopen the loft and offer the package with breakfast. room service will be totally add up value. i hope my next visit to this hotel will be much improved.

The location was excellent, especially if you're planning on getting around the city by foot as it was close to most of the tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants within waking distance, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was great, although it was a tad smaller that we expected.

The wifi could've been better, as it kept disconnecting every now and then, the bar closes fairly early so be sure to keep that in mind. They don't provide shampoo and body wash, but there are a couple of convenience stores nearby so it won't be too big of a problem.
