Location was perfect. Bed was soft. Aircon was cold but couldn't be changed, water pressure at the shower was strong. Room was spacious. Housekeeping was polite. Wifi was great

No international or English channel, lady at the reception was not so friendly. The lady near the door was just watching celphone all the time. Bathroom needs serious cleaning. I asked for an adaptor, reception said there's none. Luckily, I was able to buy one 3 blocks away. When I returned to the hotel and opened one of the drawers, there was an adaptor inside! I wonder why reception did not know that there was an adaptor available for guests. The adaptor even had the room number written on it. Safety box was detective

The location is very well placed. The staff were good and helpful. Going to the rooms is easy enough. The room itself is clean. There's parking for those who come with cars. There's also a convenient store at the lobby available from 7.30am to 11pm. Overall experience is good. I do recommend this hotel.

Our room was located at the backside of the building. Every dawn, the dump truck will go pick up trash and create really loud noise. So light sleepers will be disturbed. Try requesting front side rooms if available.

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay there except for one thing. When i paid for my rooms upon arriving, the price was more than what was displayed on Booking.com (yes, even after tax price). Moreover, upon checkout we had to pay AGAIN additional RM20 per room. The receptionist said it bcs Agoda has implemented a tourist tax or some sort which i dont understand bcs I didnt book through Agoda.

thanks to the counter staff.Arrive too early in the morning about 7am... after 9am the staff inform i can check in already.really appreciate that since my long hours journey from Sarikei to Miri.. Thanks again the counter staff ....

bathroom the door cannot closed properly.that basic problem with folding door i guess.the water make the toilet wet and afraid will slip after take shower

aircon is very super cool i like it.Keep it with maintenance .shower has a good pressure of water while u taking a bath. Love it.Enjoy stay here

house keeping very slow ,must have one team to tide my room in action instead of check out house keeping .i dispose my bin my self n replace the bin plastic by my self.TV channel always stuck. Don't knows why. Please improved .I miss my tv3 news.

Soft pillows and bed. Pillows are thick and comfortable. Extra pillow are also provided. Utilities like mineral water,coffee and tea sachets are available in the room counter. Hair dryer and water heater are also provided. Room decorations are nice. Bathroom are clean.

Tv channels are only a few and the current available channels are quite boring. It's would be better if refrigerator is provided in the room to store cold drinks and foods.

The room had an excellent rain shower, and the toilet was clean. The room also has clean beddings and sheets. The hotel location is a walking distance of Miri waterfront, convenience store, and easy access to the local coffee shops and cafes. Seafood restaurants are a walking distance of the hotel.

1. Tv channel at 3rd floor need to be improvised. 2. Jug needs to be monitored when boiling water (a bit dangerous if you are not aware) 3. No face towel 4. Only One toothbrush available for two person

no water hose, tv not working properly (onlye tv3 are working), noisy Aircond and it does not cool the entire room
