Our week-long stay at Antigua Trece Hotel was an absolute delight, leaving us without a single regret. Reflecting on our journey back home, both my partner and I found ourselves in complete agreement – this was, without a doubt, the finest hotel experience we've ever encountered. Service: The hotel staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort was unparalleled. Language barriers proved no obstacle, as they exhibited boundless patience and utilized tools like Google Translate to communicate seamlessly. Culinary Delights: We indulged in the culinary wonders of their rooftop restaurant, which opens at 3pm and boasts an array of delectable dishes that are a must-try during your stay. Early risers are equally catered to with a charming poolside café. Facilities: While I didn't have the opportunity to experience their wellness spa, as most of my evenings were spent on the captivating rooftop enjoying sunset vistas and a refreshing beer, the offerings were indeed tempting. We frequently opted to remain within the hotel, basking by the poolside or taking in the mesmerizing cityscape from the rooftop. Tech-Savvy Comfort: For those needing to work or access the internet, Antigua Trece stands out. Unlike other hotels, each room boasts individual high-speed WiFi, ensuring consistent and reliable connectivity. Ideal Locale: Nestled in the heart of Centro, the hotel's location is a mere 1-5 minute stroll from major attractions and an array of splendid dining options. Our time at Antigua Trece Hotel surpassed every expectation, offering us an unforgettable experience of comfort, culinary excellence, and captivating views. We departed with a profound sense of gratitude for the remarkable stay we had the privilege to enjoy.

Service was great, facilities were great, it was clean and organized with a nice modern aesthetic. nothing to complain about the staff.

The only small thing is that the terrace closes at 10pm, I don’t really mind the bar closing, I’m okay with that. It’d be nice if i could hangout after hours and just relax while seeing the beautiful view. Other than that everything was great

A modern, well equipped hotel with a beautiful roof top terrace overlooking the city. The hotel was very clean and staff helpful, it is also well situated in the town centre with a short walk to sights and restaurants/cafes.

Our room was situated right next to the reception area and opened into the breakfast area, so there was a lot of noise coming through. The roof terrace can host private parties and when that is the case, there is a lot of loud music coming through until late at night and the town is also known for singing tours, which pass the hotel regularly - we heard one as late as midnight on one of the nights. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are an early/light sleeper or at least make sure you request a room at the back of the hotel.

Amazing hotel with small and small pool. Staff was friendly and always willing to answer questions. Spa was great! Amazing location. You can walk to the Hidalgo Mercado, theatro, callejon del beso, pipila and amazing restaurants in the city center. Be prepared to walk up a small hill to get to the hotel. Our van was unable to access the hotel entrance but it was not a problem for us. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator which was also ok for us. Terrace was amazing. They had amazing food and drinks. The views were incredible. You could see Pipila and the university from the terrace. We will definitely stay here again when in GTO.

Antigua Trece is such a beautiful and comfortable hotel, close to everything you could want to do in the city center of Guanajuato. It has all of the amenities: quiet rooms with modern decor and air conditioning, amazing food, a pool, a spa for massages, and THE BEST rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city. The rooftop deck was really the highlight of my stay. I was able to take my computer up there and answer emails, have a few drinks and snacks and enjoy the view no matter where I sat. Really can't beat that view! I honestly can't say enough good things about Antigua Trece hotel. I can't wait to visit again soon!

The best place to stay in Guanajuato! We had an excellent experience during our stay right from the get-go. Despite having arrived a couple of hours before our check-in time, the staff helped us by fixing our room up so that we could access it earlier since I was super tired and sick. The food was delicious, and the attention superb! This hotel had better service and was more comfortable than the most expensive hotel in Guanajuato (where we stayed the subsequent nights). I really think that the photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is! We will definitely stay with there again on our next visit to the city.

Everything in Antigua Trece Fusion Hotel was wonderful! The staff was really helpful with information about the city (tours, locations, taxis, etc) and with every request we had during our stay. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed their daily complimentary in-room coffee and sweets. The toiletries in the room were also top quality. Excellent staff, rooms, and location! And the best thing: the view from their terrace, absolutely breathtaking!

Some of the rooms are located next to the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend those. On the weekends there’s a little bit more noise, but it’s all part of the city’s vibe so just have that in mind.

The whole experience from start to finish was special and personal. The staff were so kind and they made us feel like royalty, especially Gustavo and Jose, bartender and waiter at breakfast, who were so professional and attentive. Everybody was so conscientious and made our stay very memorable - we really didn’t want to leave and we’re definitely coming back next year. The breakfast was delicious, we love the huevos rancheros - they were amazing. The room was really comfortable and clean, and the bathroom and shower were amazing.

our rooms were pretty, the beds comfy. beautiful roof top terrace for dinner and views of the city. staff very sweet but no English which I understand is my problem, not theirs.

breakfast was so-so and not included. lovely properties closer to the main center. no maps or guides to the city in English which would’ve been very helpful.

Very nice property and room. The staff was friendly and the location was so perfect to the center about 5 mins walk. The furthest attraction was the mummy museum and even that was 23 min walk. Everything was great.

I didn’t get to experience the bar or terrace I guess they close certain days and times. I think at least the terrace should be open 24 hours so that kind of was disappointing.
