Hotel Suites Bernini

My grandparents stayed here. I booked the hotel for them. I first reach out to the hotel becuase I was concerned that my grandparents were going to arrived early and the room was not going to be ready for them. They know don't know the location thay well I was afraid they will be stranded somewhere. The staff call me immediately to let me know thay they will be taken care of on their arrival. My grandparents were so happy becuase they accommodate them into a lower level room and it was a bigger room than what we have booked and at the same price. I'm really pleased the way they handle the situation and for making special accommodations to my grandparents. They said that the manager was very friendly, cordial, and exceptional customer service. It was a pleasure to stayed at this hotel. We highly recommend it.

Nothing, everything was on point.

This is an old building, and it has HUGE windows that OPEN! The room was VERY spacious! Beautiful tile floors and very clean!! The views are incredible! Also enjoyed the kitchenette and being able to prepare my own meals. Nice bathroom. Excellent location and value.

The kitchen needed attention. It was not “as pictured” on the advertisement. It is probably one that they have not remodeled. To me, it smelled, but I could not figure out where the smell was coming from. VERY noisy from the streets below. No A/C (but offset by the 4x6 windows that opened). One of the windows was hard to open - think it lost its ball bearings to roll on.

The view (15 flr) was very good. The large bed was very comfortable. There are laundry facilities, in the underground parkade, in a nice room. It had a full size fridge. Close to restaurants including a couple of vegan

A little run down, shower was weak, nowhere to set out bags and used the floor. No AC but a good cross breeze and a good fan. A bit far from the historic center.

Close to a busy road but the rooms are on the other side. it just gets a bit noisy in the living room.

Cleanness and the wide room, it was comfy though, enough and soft pillows

Everything was fine, just we have issues with the hot water in the shower, it was hot water but it was not enough to finish it.

Good value for its price. Great standard and super clean and big apartments. very good for GDL.

if you are below the 5th floor, it can be a bit noisy.

The staff is Amazing grate Location , I normally stay in Bernini when I travel to Guadalaja with my family, is super comfortable.

Space, location, staff, everything is grate.

I liked how big and clean the rooms were.

There was some dust in the headboard but other than that the room was spotless.

They don't help with your luggage No AC atleast you get a fan It Rain really hard one day and water came through the window
