Really nice comforter and pillows on the bed, very nice extras in bathroom amenities, wonderful, shower, pressure and hot water. So nice to have a little fridge for drinks, balcony was also lovely, although you cannot see the view when sitting down because there is a brick wall instead of bars as the railing. But I understand that’s for safety reasons. The suite was well thought out, with a desk if you need to work at even a platform where to place your suitcase, and plenty of hangers in the closet. The suite was well insulated and quiet, and the location was fairly quiet as well, but still closed to restaurants and very walkable. overall a great stay.

Service and room excelent.

You need to change the bathroom towels. Are very old and not soft. Also, change the shampoo and hair conditioner. Are very basic but not very good. In regards to the food, change the food is not tasty at all. The tacos that we ordered from the 24 hours service were June. The meat was like hard plastic with not flavor and not tender. The burger was not well done. In regards to the breakfast, was not tasty, limited and expensive for what we got.

The room is spacious and bed are nice and comfy

The first 2 nights the room we were assign the room was on the side where a construction was going on and it was noisy then there was a Dancing place with very loud music until 4 AM electronic music so after second night I requested to me move to the other side and they did it was much better

A very comfortable room. Hotel has all the facilities you need for a family trip. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown and Av. Chapultepec.

Parking could be better (a bit tight). Also, I suggest to rotate the buffet for breakfast more often. Eating the same during three days in a row becomes challenging.

the beds are super soft and nice … clean !! the cleaning girls are amazing nice !!

there where like in 2 occasions when the cleaner manager that’s what he told us …. he open my room door with out knocking or anything and I don’t like that so I guess y’all have to lock the down down every time ! it was kinda scary ….

Centrally located and a short ride to main attractions in downtown. Also pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was included. Good too

The rooms smelled upon arrival but the smell seemed to have gone away. Also, one of the coffee makers was dirty.

Very well located hotel within safe walking distance of many restaurants and shops! Staff were always so helpful and friendly and professional! Excellent experience! Would return and stay there again in a heartbeat!

widows don’t open up feel very closed . water pressure was low with warm water . very difficult talking a warm or hot shower. i did not like talking a cold shower

The Hotel location is awesome, Los Arcos de Guadalajara, walking distance to shops, Restaurants and a Bank ( less than) 1 block away. Beautiful and Modern Hotel.

The room was a bit smaller than what I’m accustomed to but overall wonderful!

Everything was good. All the staff is friendly ☺️. The only thing they need to work is with the FB department. Room service took for ever, more than an hour for two beers and a club sandwich. But I have to be honest I liked the hotel and I definitely came in back
