La Quinta by Wyndham Puebla Palmas Angelopolis

Rooms in this hotel are very cozy, with comfortable beds, noise free, and amazing view of the volcanos. Pool is bigger than expected with warm water, so you can enjoy a swimming time even if it’s cold outside. Breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect to reach different malls around Angelopolis. I also would like to point out that this hotel offers special rooms for people with disabilities which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel! We’ll come back :)

Just a minor detail, our safe box was not working and couldn’t be repaired during our stay. Since policies at hotels specify that they are not responsible for lost items unless they’re on the safe, this might be unfortunate if something valuable is stolen. However, we felt safe during all our stay and they took care of our luggage when we checked out early.

We got a King Suite, the view was excellent. The couches were very uncomfortable and old. The bed was really good and pillows too. The buffet was good.

The elevator was next to the room. You could hear it all night. The lobby likes to play music at night, and you can hear it thru the vents. It didn't bother us at all. The gym is small, everything was broken and it was too hot to work out.

Room was spotless, and very comfortable. Great view from pretty much anywhere in the hotel, including my room and in particular the pool. Speaking of which, the swimming pool was lovely, and warm. Breakfast was a good start to the day, chilaquiles (I think), pastries, fruit, coffee, fruit juice. Staff were very professional, polite and friendly.

Location is a bit far from most places of interest, Uber or your own transport is recommended.

Situation outside the center of Puebla, but easy access to the city. Near to a shopping center. Kind and friendy personnel. Clean and tidy hotel.

It wasn't easy to communicate with the personnel - they can only Spanish, not English. English written breakfast menu would be helpful.

The breakfast was good , the Staff very attentive, the service was excellent, we enjoyed the view from our room.

The bathroom was small and there's no place for hand towel. The pool was cold.

the morning breakfast, fruit excellent but red chilaquiles were not tasty… the hair dryer was broken and I have to call 3 times so they can send me a working hair dryer

Only two bottles of drinking water provided per day. Must purchase additional potable water.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean.

The elevator to the lobby is on one side and the elevator to exit hotel is on the other side.

I love this hotel, it’s like they say in real state, all about location, location, location. The staff is very nice they provide the best service in Puebla

The property could use a gift shop

The hospitaliy of the staff is great. There is a parking in the hotel where you can park you car by yourself. The room was a bit small, but matches with the price. Our stayance was relaxed and great.

The hotel need a bit of update, specially the carpet and decoration.
