What I enjoyed about this location was the roof top terrace. It was especially nice at night. Also this loft was very close to the 5th ave location(restaurants, bars and shopping) and the beaches. I would definitely come back. Loved the responsiveness of the host. I felt safe at this location and I was traveling alone with my dog. I did work from this location but I used my own hotspot.

There is construction during the daytime but that is at no fault of the host. Not bad enough to interrupt me having meetings for work.

Basic accommodation has everything you need Aircon was great! Within a 15 min walk to the main 5th Avenue I would recommend eating close to the hotel as we found it cheaper than 5th

The bed headboard wasn’t attached to the bed in room 14 which was slightly annoying. Oh and also hearing the cockerel every single morning but I suppose that can’t be helped

Beautiful new aparthotel with good location.

No reception and couldn’t contact them through the app. Cleaning service is +25 usd even though we stayed for 4 nights and got only 2 towels.

The building is fairly new and it has a nice big TV. The roof swimming pool was nice.

The communication with the manager was awful. We had to wait three hours outside the building to get the access code. I phone many times, sent messages through Whatsapp and nothing. In the following days, our key to access the apartment was modified and the same story. We were left outside the apartment on two more occasions and we had to wait between two to three hours to get new codes to access the unit. The cutlery and cooking utensils are almost none. No coffee, no sugar, no oil. Nothing. The kitchen tap water was extremely weak so we had to do the dishes in the bathroom. I would recommend future guests to look for other options.

Looks way worse in real. Had problems with check in, ofc noone was available at phone, Messages etc...spent about 50 eur extra on roaming calls and took me untill 8 pm untill i finaly could enter Apartment. Tiny double bed...dont know how would 2 ppl sleep on it. Super super super loud area, whole night impossible to sleep, horrible view.

it was dirty, stinky, had insects crawling from floor, door didn’t lock for all of my stay besides the last day

- clean - great staff - very good location - new furniture - has kitchen and anything one need for cooking - manager is very good, always there to help you

- wifi (There is no wifi, out of 12 days we had it maybe for 2 days) manager was very supportive, however he couldn’t help, just in the last few days it worked) - even though the windows are from the floor to the ceiling, we couldn’t keep it open as people would look at us through the window of the building across the street or from the street. we stayed on the second floor. we had to keep it closed and it was very dark comparing to the sunshine we could get. - cleaning is not included, we knew about it from the reading the comments, however it would be nice to have it included. You have to pay $25 usd extra - the toilet would not flush well - fan over the bed made a noise like it was about to fell out on your head. - THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. whatever you have on the Booking.com you can add extra 100$-150$ extra. they will use different currency exchange rate, so you will end up paying more than you see online. they will not charge you through the website.
