It’s well-located centrally in Valladolid, the rooms are spacious, there’s coffee on demand and a water dispenser downstairs. Rooms have A/C and the shower is spacious too. Overall very good value for money.

Not much, just one day we used their help to get a laundry service which was not cheap (300 pesos for a bag to wash) and came back pretty messy and crumbly. Our complaint stayed rather unnoticed.

The friendly reception staff, the stool by our room door outside on the landing, the tourism magazines and leaflets by the reception, the festive Christmas tree and decorations in the reception area, and the (free to use) water machine, coffee machine and biscuits jar.

The loudness of the air conditioning, and the fact that the staff entered the room when we put a "don't disturb" sign on the door.

Our bus had a delay so we were one hour late than our original schedule for arrival but the hotel saved us our room, the staff was really kind (it was 22:45 showed us to our room. the room was clean, smelled really nice. Loved!! the bathroom. We even get free water. On top of the building is terrace to just chill. Near city center- 5min walk. Around are the cafes, restaurants, shops,… ADO bus stop is just 10min walking distance. Definitely recommend for anyone who is in Valladolid!

the room and cleanness. I liked the proximity to the center of town.

It didn't have the possibility to have breakfast. I asked about an event (the night show at Chichen Itza). They said it was good. In that day I had to do 60 Km (go and return) and the event didn't take place. Of course, it isn't the hotel fault but they could be inform because Chichen Itza is an important attration for Valladolid

Staff, room, central, free coffee in the morning

Unfortunately the road noise, I had to use ear plugs but my husband was OK. The air conditioning was very noisy would suggest they put a fan in as well. We didn't have hotel parking we were put behind a subway and they asked us to pay for parking. Also had to run the shower for 5 mins before you got hot water, such a waste of water🤷

this location is perfect, only 2 minutes from the city center + they have a parking space across the street which is really nice if you travel by car. the room was nice as well, very big and comfortable. also a nice little rooftop where we sat each evening playing cards (open till 10 pm, but perfect for sunset!)

Location is amazing, super clean and well maintained, staff is very friendly Located in the city center, everything is in walking distance They provide a safe parking next to the hotel

1- the rooms on the first floor have the window to the inner garden which means no privacy. You can’t leave the blinds open during the day otherwise people have direct view to everything in your room. 2- the shower is not good, very low water pressure and you need to wait 15min for warm (not hot) water. 3- there is no fridge/mini bar in the room

Few minutes walking to the main square. comfortable room with bathroom. nothing special but an ok 2 bed hotelroom. Beds are small but this is everywhere in Mexico. Beautiful patio downstairs and cozy rooftop. Very friendly staff, we asked some drinking water and they came to our room to bring us a few bottles free of charge! The free parking is just across the street.

Lots of noise from the street at night. AC makes a lot of noise and there is no fan. A fridge would also have been a plus.

Main hotel seemed really lovely, entrance/building is beautiful and communal area very nice. comfortable bed. The room was clean and spacious. Had Netflix as well. Good value for money.

We were in the building over the road from the main hotel beside a car park and was very noisy with traffic coming and going. think if we’d paid for a more superior room we would have been in the main hotel.

- Really centrally located - Nice staff who organised a taxi for us to Chichen Itza - Free mineral water and coffee in the morning - Nice room

- The beds are really small, not really suited for a couple. we had 2 beds so we ended up sleeping seperately - There are some weird noises we couldn’t really allocate, probably from outside the room - The shower isn’t great (pressure and cold water)
