Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

EXCELLENT food in the restaurants - the chef was phenomenal. And what spacious and beautiful & luxurious rooms!! The location overlooking the sea/beach is gorgeous. Without a doubt one of the best places I've stayed at!

I had asked for our rooms to be ready early (we were also checking out early the next day). However, I got an email from the hotel confirming they had the request and will get it to us early. When we landed there, the staff at the reception (a Very rude gentleman working there) said we had to prepay to get our rooms earlier. This was NEVER discussed in any of the emails and responses - essentially we got our rooms quite late (towards the evening). Also instead of clarifying which bags need to be delivered to which rooms, they DUMPED all the bags into ONE room. NOT impressed at all. This is the Four Seasons - we pay extra to be treated well and get our needs looked after. Not to be treated like trash.

A comfortable staycation away from the hustle and bustle; the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Yassine at the front desk for being so kind, as well as all of the breakfast staff who were beyond friendly and kind (they make a great Nutella crepe too).

You would expect the pool area to be larger/more accommodating as it can get quite busy with a limited selection of daybeds. The breakfast options were great, however we found the rest of the quality of the food offered for lunch and dinner not up to what you’d expect the standard to be at a Four Seasons; especially for the price you’re paying.

Pool area fabulous and at the end of our tour in Morocco we enjoyed a relaxing time spent there. Location was great for the La Corniche where we ate 2 nights.

Ate at the restaurant and food was average. Pool area food and service slow. Food when it came was great. Service was questionable. It seemed that there was no urgency to serving guests. We put it down to the kitchen too far away ??? And our transfer to the airport booked at 8am organised by our Moroccan tour group was not allowed to advise us they were there. And we nearly missed our flight as a result !!! Your concierge didn't allow them to communicate or ring us to advised that they were there!!!

Hotel was lovely as expected. Staff were friendly too.

A lot of loose tiles in the pool with sharp edges. My youngest got cut really badly in the pool. Also the price on booking.com was less than what we paid for. So that was disappointing. It might be better to book directly with the hotel. Also we couldn’t book breakfast and that was disappointing too. No welcome drink when we arrived either. The spa was not accommodating at all. We checked it out in the morning and we’re told they are open till 2130. When to get a simple kids polish done for 2030, only to be told they finish treatment at 2015 and cannot accommodate us now, even though the same person told us we can come back later. I mentioned that to her and she acted like she didn’t say it. That was very disappointing!

Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

Our room was very large. Modern. Clean. Well designed. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Staff was extremely nice. Very welcoming and efficient. They allowed us a late check out since they gave us the room a little late. Good location. Sun beds at the pool were very comfortable and the double layer of white towels was simply luxurious.

Room smelled bad when we arrived but as soon as I complained about it, they sent an air sanitizer that worked wonders. Too bad they didn't take care of it before we got in the room. Breakfast buffet was not great, not great quality, not replenished properly, not a great diversity of food, for the price I paid, I was expecting a little more. I wish the pool was a little larger and the kids not so noisy.

Service was impeccable- all the staff was there to help and make every effort to create the memorable experiences for you. We loved most the team at the 5th floor lounge- guys, you surely are the best, we enjoyed staying for tea and lunch...Moroccan cookies rule))) Thank you for this exceptional attitude to guests. It was our 1st time in Morocco, and at Four Seasons.. both went so smooth and we definitely want to repeat🤪

The staff was exceptional! They made every attempt to take care of our every need. We felt very safe, secure and well cared for. The hotel is beautifully designed and outfitted. The aroma used for the common areas is magical. I forgot to ask what it was. I would have liked to buy it if it was available.

Absolutely the only thing that I would note as a weakness is that the hotel does not serve alcohol. It was a huge surprise to me when I wanted a cocktail by the pool. This was relayed to me as being related to the hotel being too close to a mosque.

Our room was very comfortable. Room service was excellent. Choice of soap, shampoo etc. was excellent. WiFi very good.

there is no alcohol on the premises. no mention was made of this prior to booking. some people like a glass of wine with dinner so this was disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel amazing and the service was excellent. You get what you pay. The couple's massage was great and the whole experience was perfect 💯!!!

I think the sliding windows doors in the room were very heavy and hard to close it would be better to switch them to automatic electric sliding windows/doors. The same problem was found with the bathroom door it was quite heavy. I think that the restaurant staff and breakfast staff should be organised differently, at the moment for example when you go to breakfast, 3 people ask the same question (what would you like to drink?) and this shouldn’t happen in a place like four seasons hotel. Each waiter should have his section to follow up, in this way you avoid confusion and loss of time for the staff and the customers. I hope those points will be improved in the next future.
