Really lovely genuinely helpful staff, well appointed rooms with all the mod cons and in a great location. It was extremely convenient having the airport pick up included in my stay of 3 nights and the driver waiting with my name on a board (as it can be a bit of a culture shock when you first get to Nepal coming from Australia). In addition, Hari and the staff organised all my rides, even on the go (replying to all my msgs promptly (thanks Sushma!) on the booking.com app and WhatsApp when I went to Pokhara). They even organised an amazing early morning tour of Nagarkot, followed by Bhaktapur Durbar Square, & Changunarayan Temple that you can see on my Insta 📷sofearlesstravel . I didn’t realise they offer more tours and visas for neighbouring countries via www.accessibleadventure.com which I will take advantage of another trip. Thanks Hari, Sushma, Arjun and the team! I will be back!

Excellent managed hotel. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The room was large, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The building is fairly new and appears to be well built and maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet and seems to be very safe, the hotel is located 5-10 minutes from the centre of Thamal. The Nepali food served in the restaurant is very good. Overall the hotel is excellent value for the price. We have stayed here 4 times and all our rooms have been excelent. i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent hotel with all modern facilities including hot water, restaurant, AC, etc. Most importantly, lift was available as we had senior citizens with us. Staff is wonderful, always available for making your stay more comfortable! Location is just outside the main Thamel market (5 mins walk), which makes it ideal as it is in a quiet place unlike the main market! All-in-all, a perfect 10!

Only the road leading to the place is narrow, which makes the hotel slightly difficult to find! But that's like most roads in central places in Kathmandu!

Very clean, exceptional service, so sweet and personalized attention. Rooms are beautiful and very large with a lot of wood and a few lovely decor pieces. The balconies are beautiful with a nice view of city and mountains. Quiet street, close in to Thamel but not too noisy. Food was good.

My only complaint was the bed started to hurt my back after several nights. I moved the comforter and pillows to the couch and was fine there.

very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom with plenty of room to store clothing in cabinets/drawers. balcony is very enjoyable to relax on.

the balcony’s have a pigeon problem, lots of pigeons found a home in a small area that are close to most of the balcony’s (as far as we could tell). many mornings we heard them or found the balcony filled with pigeon poo. pillows were also a little flat.

Good location : This hotel is very near to thamel market and still at a very calm place......just 2-3 min walk to main market place of thamel. I found the owner (Mr Hari Kumar) to be a humble and soft spoken person....always ready to help. The staff Ritika (in reception ) & Sushma (Restaurant) are always ready to assist. I liked the food also

Quiet location, comfortable bed and fabulous staff. Initially booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for my entire business trip in Kathmandu.

Can see into the bathroom from the bed when the light is on due to the window - Would be nice to have a blind for this (even though it is slightly frosted) but this is just nit picking

The location was perfect. Walking distance from most attractions. Near Thamel and from alot of restaurants and cafes.

The shower did not have a door or a curtain and the water was splashing everywhere. Bed pillows are not very comfy.

This stay was absolutely fantastic and i would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Kathmandu. The location was phenomenal. Right in the centre and highly accessible to places for food, souvenirs and our trekking company for EBC. Very clean, with great breakfast options and even barista made coffee. I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is good, in Thamel but in a small alley so you don't here any noise. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. They offered me late check out as my flight was late. The rooms are big, well furnished, big size beds and balconies.
