Hotel Over de Brug

The location was just outside of Gouda (where I was visiting). I love that I got to stay in an old city but sleep in the country- it was like two vacations in one. The place was clean, friendly and much less expensive than places in Gouda. I like that they left ear plugs in the room, just in case you got a loud neighbor (I did not). The bus was easy from Gouda and I even walked one day.

Amazing food and drinks at the restaurant! Friendly and joyfull staff giving very price information and warm welcome. Clean room. Not too big, but for us big enough. Nice location at a canal and this moving bridge. We used it during our mulitinday biking trip. We would certainly use it again. And the food.... Oh, it was good

Lovely spot right next to canal. Good food and staff were helpful and friendly. Only stayed overnight and was good value.

Room was basic, and no hairdryer. Beds were comfortable but there were lots of extension cables everywhere which looked a bit strange. Was ok for an overnight stay.

The rooms were small but well set up. We enjoyed the decration and the cleanliness. We traveled with 3 babies and we provided our own beds for them, there was enough space in the room to open a travel cot. Parking was on-street but we didn't struggle to find a spot. The town the hotel is is very cute and also its a stones-throw from Gouda.

One room we got was significantly bigger than the other. Parking is on-street.

the room was very clean and nice, in a nice location close to the center of town which was really beautiful. the staff was the nicest, for breakfast, which was delicious, the lady baked my friend who has gluten intolerance some bread especially for us .also we got help with getting food when arriving too late and with everything else we wanted

The breakfasts were delightful and the location and the town were great

Most of the electrical outlets did not accommodate our adapters, only the power strip by the bed. So it was a little difficult to use some of our devices

location good. lovely breakfast and a really good dinner (recommend eating here). very friendly staff and got access to room early. place to store bikes (outside, but off the street). quirky lift to get access to rooms which is a bit of fun.

bathroom a bit cramped. but OK for a single night.

Nice little room, basic but neat, clean and with everything you need. Very cute little town, we only stopped over for a night on the drive to Amsterdam, and were surprised by how cute the village is.

Great location next to the canal. Breakfast was amazing value for money and much better then the buffet hotels offered by most hotels. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a small town in the Netherlands

Lovely hotel with great views of the canal in a picturesque village. Comfortable beds, we had a good night sleep. The bathroom is a bit tired, but otherwise nice room.
