The hotel is situated perfectly in the city; it is a five minute walk from the station, while the city is right behind it. The room was spacious, had a tiny balcony (not common for hotels at this price point) and the bathroom was exceptionally big, and had a bathtub. Bonus point for the great view of the church which looks stunning at night. Breakfast was included and had a great selection compared to most other hotels at this price.

The hotel was undergoing construction so the view from the balcony was slightly affected.

The room was amazing...spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent...plenty of choice to cater for people with different dietary requirements.

The step down out of the shower is very high. It would be good if there was an extra step for comfort and safety, especially as my husband suffers with arthritis and can't bend his leg very well. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant out on the terras one evening. Unfortunately, our orders kept going awry...we had to chase them a number of times and people who arrived much later than us got served before us, so this experience was rather disappointing. Apart from that, the stay was very positive.

The room is clean. We like the church view from our balcony. They are very environmental friendly, don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush :) although they might give you one if you request. We also had warm breakfast in the morning. It was super good! We travelled with our 3 years old daughter and decided to do late check-out. We paid €25 for checking out at 5pm. Even we still got extra 45 minutes! (We got lost on our way back to the hotel). The staff was very considerate and nice. Thank you!!! We had a very pleasant stay. Definitely will go back.

Everything just perfect!

The penthouse was nice and clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast as takeaway due to vivid but a lot of choice. Staff was very friendly.

The couch in the room was quite dated an too low to sit comfortably. Also the only way to reach top floor was by an extra elevator where you need to keep pushing the button until you arrive. Would have preferred stairs for the one floor from the other elevator to the top floor. The room has airco but staff should do the blinds down before guest arrival as otherwise the room is so hot the airco cannot cope with.

Breakfast was great lost of choose. hot and cold. staff very friendly and helpful. Will visit again. Lunchtime menu was very enjoyable, waitress and waiter's very friendly and helpful in in helping with the menu.

Everything was great no problems

The location is great, there is parking, the suite room is spacious. Close to Roermond Designer Outlet, close to other shops in town. Breakfast's variety is good.

Breakfast has to be eaten in the rooms due to Dutch government COVID-19 regulations. also the facilities are closed for the same reason. they close the main entrance/exit door quite early (I think 6pm) and you have to go around. the water pressure in the shower is weak and has rapid temperature changes. There is no door in the showering room so it's quite cold if you try to take a bath.

Room spacious, good breakfast, location ideal to walk downtown. Free parking nearby. Quality/price ratio high.

Hotel under fixing and renewal but the inconvenience was minimal. TV channels and entertainment poor.

Breakfast was very good, large and many options. The sausages and eggs were very nice, yogurts and crossaints too. I was very fulfilled. I also liked the room very spacious and calming for a breakfast morning.

I couldnt find the plates, which are located in the breakfast room on the side of the serving table. Nice little scavenger hunt.

The location and the food. One of the staff were very kind to us during breakfast. We had two kids and she gave us a drawing book and coloring pencils. she even offer my son hot chocolate. it was really sweet.

it’s an old hotel so the interiors are dated, the room was a little bit cold

Staff on arrival very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Very central location. Parking is offered by hotel which is a mega bonus.

The lighting in the room could have been better. The safe was falling apart, but they are busy renovating so small things easily fixed.
