Theaterhotel Venlo

Everything was perfect as far as we were concerned. Location, cleanliness, food, room etc.

When we went for breakfast staff were a bit rude saying that we were too early and we would have to wait until they had finished setting up before they could take our coffee orders. We came down at the earliest time the reception told us we could eat breakfast so as far as we were aware we were not early at all. We never did get our coffee as by the time she came to take our order we had to leave as we had a bus to catch to attend a tournament.

Pleasant hotel right in the city center. Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. We highly appreciated the air-condition as it was terribly hot outside.

The hotel parking was full and it was not possible to stop the car in front of the hotel even for a short time. The public parking was within the walking distance, but, still, it was rather uncomfortable to carry our luggage around the city.

Breakfast was a mixed experience. The selection is okay but the layout is not ideal. One day was fine as it was quiet but on the Sunday it was busy and couldn't even get a cup of tea (as the tea and coffee are kept behind the counter)

The hotel was right in the centre of Venlo. Ideal for shopping and eating out. The room was spacious and peaceful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Although we requested an accessible room, which it was, we were not keen on the bathroom area being open plan, with just a curtain to hide the toilet area from the bedroom.

The location within the center of Venlo is amazing but can be noisy. The breakfast staff were amazing: friendly and quick to secure us a coffee!

I would have liked a clothing dresser in the room for a 2 week stay. There was a small closet but no place to store a suitcase full of clothes.

The hotel is gorgeous. It offers a unique staying experience at the heart of Venlo, inside the local theater. The rooms are well designed and pleasant to stay in, and the city is just lovely.

I would have loved it if the hotel provided an ash tray at the bottom smoking area.

Great location in the city centre, directly connected to the theatre. Interesting and modern architecture, artistic flair. Very friendly personnel at the breakfast buffet. They packed nice breakfast go-bags for our dancers.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel! Everyone and everything fabulous. Attached to gorgeous theatre...do take a quick tour. Fabulous breakfast. Kind bartender served us complimentary Prosecco. So welcoming and so appreciated when you are traveling.

I had a really nice stay in a well equipped hotel room in the heart of Venlo. Really recommend it to all the upcoming guests. The Staff were really nice and respectful.

Unfortunately due to pandemic and State rules we couldn't use the bar and restaurants after 17:00 PM

Super fast internet. Very comfortable room and excellent location for accessing restaurants, shopping and cultural activities in Venlo. Bonus - electric bike available from the underground garage.

How about better vegan options at breakfast?
