Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park

Loved the location, not far from all the shops and supermarkets. Loved the cleanliness and relaxed vibe it gave. Buffet Breakfast was well worth it and the customer service we receive from everyone was exceptional. Thank you for making our Anniversary Weekend that extra special.

The paid parking is a down side however we paid $11 a night in the public’s parking area 3 mins walk from the hotel which was perfect. There were no laundry facilities however there was a laundromat literally next door.

We love the location-near the airport and bus hub. Near the bus stop as well. Easy check in and check out process. We love the buffet breakfast. Kids also eat free in Giants Restaurant as long as there's one paying adult. The staff are all helpful- from reception to all the staff in restaurant. They clean the room and take rubbish out unless you place the do not disturb sign. Rachel-one of the duty when we had our first night goes above and beyond. She even went to our room to explain about our room concern and we feel valued. Thanks Rachel! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and is value for money. No wonder there's a lot of tourist coming in almost everyday.

I'm not sure but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Also, the room details on the booking says mountain view but we were placed on the other side where there is construction site view but I know the hotel doesn't have control over this. They gave us drink voucher as compensation as the mountain view wing has long term occupants.

The hotel is clean and quiet. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby to satisfy everything. We originally booked two nights. After we went to the city, we liked the place even more, so we extended our stay for another two days. Hotel service: Rach at the front desk received us when we arrived. She inquired carefully and helped us arrange a room. When we planned to extend our stay, we met her again. When the room was tight on the weekend, she helped us arrange it. Extend your stay and reduce the hassle of changing rooms. Luke, who works the night shift at the front desk, enthusiastically helped me pay the parking fee online one late night when I paid the wrong parking fee, reducing the risk of going out late at night. I am very grateful to them. The service at the front desk is the motivation for me to choose here next time. Hotel location: It is very convenient to go to the city by public transportation, the price is cheap, and it reduces the trouble of parking. With a self-driving car, it's easy to get to any attraction.

Liked the location - seemed to be quite centre for all of our events. Once the new builds are completed I think location and views will be quite nice. We had an issue with the bathroom the first day, the staff were helpful with organising the smell to be cleaned by the next day. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable enough, and always made for us each day!

Offred 24/7 room service - this should be removed immediately. We got back super late one night excited that there was 24/7 room service. Called to reception as the TV room menu was not working and they gave us 4 options of pre-packed meals all that had cheese in them - my mother is allergic to cheese. Asked if they even had hot fries but no. The view of the mountains which we paid extra for was actually just a view of the construction site across the road. Breakfast thankfully was included in the price, scramble was often watery and sloppy, bacon well undercooked, potato gems often over cooked.

Bed was super comfy, room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was outstanding, along with the super friendly, helpful staff.

That someone was playing music in the room next door and we got the base from it through the wall. No fault of the Holiday Inn

Convenient location close to the airport and main out of town shopping area. Scenic location with The Remarkables towering close by. 10 minutes or so from central Queenstown. Very nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Available parking to guests is unacceptable given how many tourists rent cars. should be more of a guarantee considering the room rates. Some parks right by the building were for other companies and marked in such a way that we got caught out arriving after dark parking in a space not for guests and getting a nasty surprise the next morning. There is public parking nearby at $11 a day but really???

No parking! Finding parking was a nightmare. You have to use the nearby airport parking which costs NZD 11 per day. I had to drive around the park for over 30 minutes in the middle of the night to find a spot. The parking hotel provides is minimal which is at the back of the hotel, for a hotel of this size having only 10 or so designated parking spots is ridiculous. The downstairs cafe charges NZD 3 for a takeaway cup which is daylight robery! Not everyone coming on holidays carry around their reusable cups.

Breakfast was very good. Both cooked and fresh food options made it appear worthy of a good hotel breakfast. Healthy choices were available too. Breakfast was available for four hours every morning which would suit most people. The restaurant was very busy so book ahead whatever meal you’re after.

Not much of a view close up as a major construction project is currently underway across the road. Beyond that it was ok. The staff were a little distracted with large numbers of guest arrivals (one full busload after the other), which meant restaurant and bar service was slow and intermittent.

Our experience at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park was simply exceptional! We visited this hotel with my daughter, and everything exceeded our expectations. The extremely friendly and prompt staff provided us with impeccable service from start to finish. The clean and comfortable rooms created a relaxing atmosphere, and the hotel facilities added an extra dimension to our experience. Being accompanied by my daughter, we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming ambiance. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park for an unforgettable stay!

The hotel's facilities, decoration, room size, and cleanliness are very good. , even the bed has two different types of pillows, hard and soft, for customers to choose from. I have stayed at several Queenstown hotels, and this holiday inn and hilton are the best!

I encountered a front desk lady chatting with the customer in front of me so I had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in, which I don't think is the right way to treat a tired customer. Other than that, I was happy staying at this hotel and would stay here again, but I wish the hotel could train their staff not to chat with customers for too long. Thanks. The breakfast is too simple, Melbourne (Australia ) holiday inn breakfast might be a good example.
