Hotel Marciano

The staff are so accommodating and always have a smile when they talk to you or assist you. More than that, they seem to really enjoy working in the hotel. Please value more your employees, they're one of the key ingredients to make guests' stay more enjoyable and meaningful. Another is the FOOD! One of the best tasting and big serving hotels we've ever stayed in. Value for money is also considered. My husband and I will definitely stay again here, next time with our daughter since we stayed here I am still pregnant. ☺️

Maybe one thing to improve on is the parking area. Hope they can provide shaded parking and also improve the landscaping so all in all the area of the hotel will look more presentable and pleasurable. Lastly, shaded area at the pool area. :)

Bed linens are changed smells fresh and clean

Bathroom smelly and untidy.

I requested a week ago if we could check-in early and got a message that they will try their best to accommodate us. We arrived early and did not expect them to let us in around 12:30pm. * The room is clean and quite big. * Bathroom is also clean. *:Toiletries are also complete. * Accessible to public transpo and restaurants. * The view once you checked out is quite stunning. Tho we stayed there for a short period of time, we'll definitely check their other facilities next time. :)

Floor mat should be placed inside the bathroom. Water from after you shower goes to the other side (toilet/powder area).

The place is very good.

We were charged for parking when it is supposed to be free. There is no microwave in the room. Front desk did not follow up on the question whether my visitors are allowed to use the pool. Other amenities mentioned online (website) were not there.

the air conditioning unit automatically lowers its temperature in the early morning which makes the room temperature hot. the management must do something about this cause it interrupts your sleep.

Conveniently located near to my customer site. Walking distance. also many eateries place.

Not many facilities. and free shutter to the nearest mall. Breakfast is not buffet style. Depending on the number of guest staying,

The hotel is clean and staffs are very nice. I liked the pool's view of Mt. Makiling.

We were surprised when the kid knocked on the window while we were eating at the restaurant and asked for food.

Everything was up to date and in very good condition. Staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We will stay there again next week when back in this area.

It is convenient to all commercial places like shopping & grocery stores.Accessible transportation too. Staff are welcoming and helpful too , highly recommended.

No breakfast buffet

closeness to the mall,convenient store and food chains and the view of Mt. Makiling from our room and pool side.

not much things to do like gym is close and there’s no live band as they have posted it from their website.
