Crosswinds Resort Suites

The staff are very welcoming, warm personalities and keen to details. I also requested if we could check in early as I have 2 PWDs with me that were coming from a long drive. They acommodated our request which I really appreciate the most!

A very minor one. Our AC in the room seems not cold enough. I did ask the reception to send someone to help me fix the AC. They were prompt with my request and a technician came right in, in just a couple of minutes. However after properly setting it up, we were told to just wait for it to cool the room. However I guess the AC isn't just strong enough or could be the unit is just old. The ones in the living room is more colder so we just end up opening the door of the room expecting to make our room cold too.lol. Although I could have reach the reception again but it was already late and we wanted to retire to our bed.

Check in was a breeze. Ken and Risa were very kind and accommodating on all our needs and inquiries. The buffet breakfast was nice also and especially because you have a very kind and accommodating staff like Robert. He took care of our needs during the breakfast buffet. Really sweet and polite. We very much appreciate that we got upgraded from our 2 bdrm suite to 3 bdrm suite which made us really happy. The room was superb and my sons particularly enjoyed the view from our balcony. We also appreciate the room with view that we requested and was given without any hesitation. We will surely come back for a 2nd staycation. Well done Crosswinds Resort Suites!💖

Internet access may be improved and would love to have some TV channels to go with the huge TV sets in the room also.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is clean and the whole place is truly beautiful. Highly recommended and will surely stay here again!

This is not related at all with the hotel stay. The weather was bad during our trip which limited our time to explore the other restaurants in the area. (We still managed to dine at 3 restaurants 'though!) However, probably the shoe "rug/pit" (made with wooden frame) on the middle of the entrance when it is raining could be changed with something safer and would not make a guest trip as they walk inside or come out from the entrance. But overall, we really enjoyed our first stay at Crosswinds!

The overall location was very nice. Room was spacious and cozy for a weekend stay. Reception staff was thorough and helpful.

There was no cellular signal inside the property. Moreover, as I went biking with my friends going to Windmills Lausanne, the security guards looked down upon us (was it because we were riding a bike?). One guard, when we've asked to take photos of us, declined and turned away (when we have seen him taking photos of other guests). Another guard, while going back to the hotel, have mistaken us for bystanders and even called our attention using "Hoy" and "Boy". Mind you, we were wearing complete and proper cycling gears and do not look shabby.

Loved how quiet the place was. Appreciate the staff as well always checking if there’s anything we need during our stay.

I love the the place is accessible to different restaurants but these restaus are very expensive and food quality is bad. There’s a cafe across the building we stayed but same sentiment. Having access to good food would be nice. Good thing that they allow Grab or Food Panda to deliver.

the view and the climate

the bidet in the bathroom was leaking but when I asked for help, they resolved the issue promptly; the smell of the room was sort of musty and I thought that it would have been better if there was air freshener or essential oil scent in the bathroom to eliminate the odor

The place was full of trees loved the scenery, so peaceful and quiet, staff very friendly and helpful, near restaurants and cafés the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's a place where you can just relax. Loved the cake the hotel sent us when they found out it's our birthday staycation 🥰

Time on availing breakfast, nowadays travelers specially those who are out for vacation wake up late. Its a shame we couldnt make and have the breakfast included because of time sched. Could have been better if the guest can come and avail it whenever they want to.

We love the ambiance, the swiss-hotel feel, and the hotel team was very accommodating and even exerted efforts to provide celebratory banners and wine for our family's milestones celebration. They made us feel at home. We will definitely find time to go back 🙂
