We had a not-so-friendly encounter with staff at the parking. Due to high occupancy, we parked in a spot designated for small vehicles, which was permitted by the guard on duty since we were not obstructing anything and leaving early the next day anyway. Unfortunately, a housekeeping staff member addressed the situation in a condescending manner, which left us a bit disheartened. As valued guests, we appreciate adhering to policies, but friendly communication would make a significant difference. We hope this feedback helps create a more welcoming environment for future guests.

We liked the location, clean rooms, great staff, accessibility to a 7/11 convenience store (besides the lobby entrance), and laundry service (in the next building at the back). They have great customer service and most of our special requests were granted. Every room has a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, safety deposit box, air conditioner, and bidet (beside the water closet).

I just hope they have phone service in each room, so guests can do local calls, as well as call housekeeping or the front desk without leaving their rooms. More space and hangers to hang clothes will be appreciated. Wish housekeeping will be quieter, so sleeping guests will not be awakened while they clean unoccupied rooms.

Very clean and staff were all super friendly. Strong water pressure and strong AC. Water dispenser at each floor. Also the nice guards made me feel very safe. Central location - 5 min walk to malls, at the back are lots of eating options (starbucks, pancake house, jollibee, pugon) and a laundry shop. Several 7-11s around where you can get a SIM and top-up your Grab app. During peak hour traffic, the back entrance is better for pickup/dropoff. Already booked again for my next holiday. 😃

Super clean. well maintained, parang bago ang carpet, ang towels, ang sheets, ang CR tiles. i didnt hesitate to go barefoot since i saw the carpet was new and clean. i also like it that they dont have plastic water bottles but have a big glass for you on the table, and the water stn was just outside the room. we asked help with a wifi problem via phone and wow so fast the repair guy was already knocking at our doir😊it was already working when he knocked on our door 🌻

hmmm. our window view was the aircon of the room across us in the building beside Hop Inn. wag na mag window kung ganyan lang/ no need for a glass windiw if it is closed shut anyway and a boring aircon unit of the next building is the view🧐🧐🧐

The hotel is quite straightforward. I’ll give it a 9/10 rating. - It’s best to stay here if you plan on going out most of the time. We stayed for 2 nights. - Shower, bed, aircon and corner table are good. They do not provide kettle, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, slippers and toothbrush/paste though but it’s OK and in line with what I paid for. - Value for money. 👌 - Location is good. It’s along the road and there is a 7-11 store beside it so it’s easy to buy your morning coffee, snacks and all. It’s also walking distance from The Podium and Megamall if you want to dine out or get groceries. - The staff are nice, from the receptionists, guard and housekeepers.

I love the fact that all the staff were friendly and it was such a nice environment to stay with my gf. Its close to everything and i mean everything you are ever gonna need. Before i left i saw a 711 being built downstairs so i k ow its just going to get even better. Thats already two 711 in one spot. Hotel itself was super clean and comfortable and the tv was perfect with hdmi port allowing me to plus in my own device and watch what i want to watch. The voew was perfect.

Only one thing that stood out to me was that the showers didnt have any doors and jt always got the floor wet and the floornat wet but after a while, i just got used to it. Im sure it was a design idea which is impossible to change now so i can live with it

Cleanest basic hotel I have ever been and it smells fresh as soon as I entered the room. There's a hair dryer and I didn't have to ask for it. It's also safe as they just don't allow anyone to come up without the presence of their customer. They have free parking. Location is good as restaurants are everywhere. They use comforter not just bed sheet. AC has the right temperature and shower heater has the perfect temp as well. Bathroom is really clean, the grout for tiles is sooo white. Good view so you don't feel like you're in a box. Most reliable WiFi, use a headset if you will be on a video call beacause of the echo Power outlets are in the right places.There's a work table, space for luggage, to hang clothes in the room and a dry space for toilettries in the bathroom. Cleaning lady has the nicest smile she looks happy working there.

Just the eho when I'm watching TV. I chose the option to pay upfront when I booked online. Hope they have the option to change the payment method online. The bed is clean, comfy, I Iike that the bottom bed is open and clean. The bed frame may be stable during my stay but may not hold for extra activities. The bed lights don't have separate switches but I slept really well with all the lights on.

i like how new and clean it is. very maaliwalas thats why the ambiance of the room is relaxing even if its small.

there was no slippers and dental kits though we were already told after booking confirmation. no option for breakfast. no restaurant with in the hotel. we’re just thankful that there was a 7/11 store beside the hotel. no cups in the room for drinking nor inhouse telephone. you need to connect to the internet to access viber for requests, its inconvinient.

1. The location is very accessible to malls, Church, and business centers 2. The hotel is right beside 711 and Pan de Manila 3. The room and bathroom are clean. There is no funky smell. The design of the room is very simple yet very nice. Even if the area is small, there are enough space for your things/bags. A Safe is also provided 4. There is a hair dryer 5. There is a window 6. The hotel observes sanitation 7. The lighting in the room is nice (not gloomy/dark) 8. Parking area is not gloomy and dark. There is enough parking space 9. Pillow and mattress are comfortable enough

1. The bed has no headboard 2. Our room has no bed frame just a wooden platform where the mattress is placed on.

Checking in was fast and efficient, hotel staff responded quickly via Booking.com and email. Housekeeping, especially Allan on the 7th floor took pride in his work and always has a smiling face. Clean and quick service. Security was always courteous and ready to assist.

Was charged extra for late checkout although we stayed there for almost a month, a courtesy couple of hours would have been appreciated. Parking space was not enough.
