Red Planet Ortigas

We asked for an early check-in and we were able to be accommodated. The room was clean and the shower was very good as advertised. They have snacks that you can buy at the counter and they allowed delivery service as long as you picked it up yourself.

The rooms are very very small and "table" fixture we had in our room was already bent downwards like someone had put a heavy weight on it. That space was also very small so it was difficult to eat on the surface, better to eat outside and just use the hotel as somewhere to sleep. Since the room is small, luggage might be difficult to fit in the room.

The property was in a safe and good location. The roads around were clean and only a 10minute walk to the ms Mall. Had many cafes around and places to eat and wasn’t too far from the airport or to Makati. The rooms are small, however clean & has everything you need to be comfortable. It wasn’t noisy and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. You can also store your luggage there for a fair price. And everyone was very professional.

It’s a non smoking district thus so their are no smoking areas around the hotel or in the hotel itself. It’s not the hotels fault however if you are a smoker this isn’t the district for you.

The beds are the comfiest bed i’ve ever slept on! like as if you were sleeping on clouds. The room is clean, ac is working, hot shower is working. overall, my stay was very confortable. also, they provided me a kettle. since i need my tea and coffee in the morning. fyi, i stayed for 6 nights, so i really had to ask for a kettle. also, the housekeeping personnel are really corteous and they clean the room very well. also the guard is very nice. he always helps me a lot! also the app is useful, since you can call receptionist in a click of a button on the app.

they dont offer drinking water!! they dont offer toiletries, only 3 in 1 soap and tissues wifi is a bit slow during 7pm onwards no cafe near (cafe france closed already) no table and chair (only portable/foldable table)

The place is clean. No marks of dust or cockroaches even in the toilet. Functioning hot and cold shower. With options of A/C and ceiling fan in case you want to have a natural breeze of air from outside. Windows can also be opened. The place is accessible to all mini marts, fast foods, restaurants and even pharmacy. It is also located along the main road. Transportation is easy.

Early check-in was requested upon booking. Should the hotel does not allow the time requested, they could have at least inform the guests prior.

It was our second time staying at red planet and we were so happy we got the same room we had the first time (we remembered because of the efficascent oil stain sa table -- not ours). Haha. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay there. We felt super relaxed. We specifically loved the sheets and comforter. Had a full 8-hour sleep! Also, don't expect too much. The room is small but it's the right size for us. We had to travel from the south and had multiple errands near the area. So if you need a place to stay and rest overnight that's affordable, red planet is the best! It's also a walking distance from megamall! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay 💖

They don't sell bottled water or any drinks. Had to order outside via foodpanda/grab since we're too tired to go out. Also, they don't have disposable toothbrush. Bring your own! 😅

The staff are great... helpful. and the Lady doing the rooms ,very courtious. Always greats us.

We are returning customers ... And like many times . before pandemic days. But this time the linens for the pillow case like wornout it looks dirty ,,its like grey color Already. instead of white. so we put our own pillow case . And one Bed in 1011 were my kids stay. lts lumpsided. End up using the foot side of the bed. Hope can check this . We realy like Redplanet . We also check in Angeles City. before. Thank you..

The location is close to shangri-la, the podium and megamall. Really convenient if you have events to attend to within these malls. The internet connection is decent and reliable, cellular data is also great if you want a secure connection. Staff are friendly and addresses your issues as fast as they can. Rooms are what you see is what you get.

They could add a cabinet/ small storage to store clothes for guests with a longer stay.

I really like how quite and private it sounds and look inside the hotel. The rooms are quite nice. It reminds me of Europe. It's pretty upgraded. The bathroom is clean. I also like the AC and ceiling fan combo. I liked too that the hotel staff were very respectful and mindful of us. I like the app they have. Not many features yet but I like the progress.

No in-house restaurant when in booking.com says it does. The tap water is not recommended for drinking and there are no way to get drinks elsewhere but outside of the hotel. The nearest is 7/11 or Ministop.

It is clean. The bed is comfortable. I like the little table near my bed. There are lots of wide mirrors. The guard is very welcoming. The staff assisted us very well.

There is no water. No cups or glasses. No slippers. No toiletries. The remote control doesn't always work. The socket beside my bed doesn't always work. The Wifi was cut off on the 2nd of our 3 night stay.

Room has no actual table with chair for someone who needs to work. There's enough space in front of the mirror to set up a small table with actual chair. Instead, they attached a small foldable table to the wall next to your bed which is not big enough. The doorknob is a little tricky to open whenever i needed to go out. There is NO ELECTRIC KETTLE unlike in Aurora branch. But u can ask for hot water if u have a tumbler.
