I loved your breakfast staff they were great and also your bar staff on level 6 they do your business proud well done

I spent 8 nights there then extended for 3more nights and then extended for 1 more night to which I didn't receive any discount and the guy who served me was i believe very poor actions which sort of soured it for me and at check out i was not offered 1 of your bears like the first time i stayed.

The property is located in the heart of Makati city right across from the police station, fire station and Makati City Hall. The apartment was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store close by for snacks and additional alcohol. Every morning the complimentary breakfast was different and delicious. Willie and JM and Ralph helped with special requests. Every time we asked for something in the room within minutes staff arrived to assist. The restaurants were also so good. Well done Alpha Suites. Thank you A-Team ❤️

Everything is perfect

Accessibility. Conveniently located, easy to find, and has a convenience store at the ground floor.

The walls of the rooms/units are a bit old or just made of plywood. Compared to SEDA residences that you can still feel the hotel vibe, in Alpha Suites its more of a condominum vibe. The hallways are narrow and quite hot. Kitchen are not so well equipped, just the basic. Lady guard in charge of the pool area today (6/25/23) was arrogant, not approachable, rude. Should be replaced or put in a non frontline area. Food in Balesin Islander is served in small quantity.

Our family stayed for 1 night so we could prepare and relax and wait for our flight back to UAE. When we came, the location is perfect and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and we have the perfect view of the city. That was an added bonus during our stay and not to forget; the breakfast buffet was great. Looking forward the next time around to staying a bit longer.

Not the hotel but the area in particular so when it's 10 pm onwards; no restaurants in the area are open so we have to order our food through grab. Or maybe the case we don't know the place very well.

1. APARTMENT: The apartment we stayed in was excellent. It was clean, equipped with modern decor, and has a clear view of the city. 2. STAFF: Staff members were professional and courteous; very pleasant to interact with. 3. AMENITIES: The hotel has a spacious gym, clean spa for R&R, club, restaurants, a market place. You name it.

1. BREAKFAST LOCATION: The breakfast buffet was outside in an unconditioned open space near the pool area which wasn't very clean. There were swarms of tiny flies enjoying the breakfast buffet with the guests, especially on the corn and tomatoes in the salad area. 2. EXHAUST / GENERATOR IN POOL AREA: We decided to relax in the pool area at night only to realize how loud and noisy the exhaust / generator is there. I'm not exactly sure what that machine is but it is loud and takes away from the experience.

We stayed here for one night before island hopping. They helped us arrange transport and it was very easy to find them at the airport and they helped us to get our SIM cards. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The 4th floor of this hotel has many different adorable themed restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. They also were helpful in arranging us grabs/taxis to get back to the airport. The unit had a washer and dryer (we did not use). The employees were all very helpful and accommodating. Our trip was short but we really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

Pool is clean and fantastic. Breakfast starts at 6am, which I like very much because we are early bird. Kitchen in guest room was well equipped.

It would be better if they have a concierge desk to give us latest tourist information. We asked the hotel front desk if the Saturday market is open, and they said yes. However, we found that the market was closed upon arrival because of typhoon.

Although it’s apartments it’s essentially a hotel with the same services. Breakfast and 9 restaurants to chose from.

Took as bit of time to sort out the right apartment for me when I checked in but once that was sorted everything was perfect.

They have all the facilities you could think of. From gym, pool, boxing rink, theaters, tennis court, basketball court, meeting rooms and everything. Its like a vacation place inside the city of makati. All the staff are really kind.

It was perfect

The room and the view as well as how spacious the rooms were.

The breakfast could have been better, they could have given us more variety in the viand as well as the pastries as well ad the drinks. The rice was not topnotch variety.
