Pico Sands Hotel

We really opted to stay here in Pico Sands Hotel because it’s very kid friendly. My toddler enjoyed swimming and the indoor playground so much! Will be coming back again for sure because of the amenities; not to mention super babait din ng staff nila. Walang mataray! 😂

The cabinets where we stayed at doesn’t fully close which is quite a hazard for us because we have a toddler (that’s super likot) and an infant. Nilagyan na lang namin ng tissue para hindi magopen. 😅 We didn’t have the energy to complain na & change rooms kasi nakapag-settle na kami plus we were already exhausted. 😂

Breakfast has a good variety of food, I love the food. Even with the other restaurants, the variety of food was great. Although the one near the pool was a bit slow in bringing out our orders, all in all, it was great. The staff and housekeeping were great and always smiled at us. They are ready to serve you. The pool was great and the beach was amazing!

The cold water dispenser on the floor was in was not working. I have to go to the other floor to get colder water.

My favorite go to resort in Batangas is Pico de Loro! Complete with everything - location is so near from us Nasugbu Batangas (nearer than any other Batangas beaches), beach is great cz it's a cove, pool is so large- able to swim anywhere, aesthetic- so nature friendly very green in love with the lagoon, very good food in restaurants, and complete facilities! we were able to play billiard and bowling, playground for kiddos and even ktv! There's badminton, tennis and other sports facilities as well. I love it. Personal fave is the ube langka turon from the restaurant order it pls!

Maybe just bigger shuttles and shorter wait time to and from the beach would be nice. Since the property is quite large to walk barefoot and if you wanted to go there faster

Thumbs up to the staff especially Angel at the reception, the hotel lobby guards as well as the guard at the Beach Club for allowing us non-member guests to pass thru upon seeing my handicapped husband. Non-member guests are not allowed in the Beach Club but the guard used his heart and common sense. The facilities are well-maintained.

The food is ok but can be improved. A bit pricey for the selections but you can enjoy the ambiance, the peacefulness of the surroundings.

The place was beautiful. The hotel had clean amenities and very accomodating & friendly staff. Going around the area & the beach via shuttle was very convenient. Discovered too that they had a pharmacy & nurse on call, and she came quickly which we really appreciated. The free breakfast was good too. But the food at Pico restaurant can be further improved -- Overall a good place to hang out with your family.

The room is comfortable.

There is no store like sell foods and drinks in the beach area. And the hotel is lack of food choices.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE. So relaxing everywhere you look. Our view from the balcony is exceptional (lagoon). We loved walking around (didn't ride the shuttle even once) because the paths are well designed to showcase the beauty of the place. The beach is perfect for bumming, esp if you like waiting for the sunset. The water is calm (no huge waves!!) so perfect for dipping. The sand is fine (not Bora levels, but better than other beaches in Batangas). Very pleasant and attentive service staff. Quick to action. Staff members are easy to talk to, and accommodating of needs. Excellent massage!!! Must-try

Tables and beach lounge seats should be placed farther apart than normal to give space for movement while still keeping proper distancing. Monitoring should be done more strictly to remind guests to wear masks. Showers in the beach open only at 8am so those going for a swim early in the morning will have to wait. The water pressure is low also.

I love how they strictly adhere to health protocols. I was amazed by the touchless elevator, thus minimizing contact and preventing virus spread. The amenities were first class.

Serving time for our dinner was quite long. However, the food was so delicious we forgot about the long wait. I didn't like that we had to wear identification bands throughout our stay in the resort.

I would have wanted the rooms to be more plush, though they were okay.
