Staff is very friendly and polite! They helped me to print the ticket - and while I was waiting, they kindly proposed me a coffee. Also thank you a lot for allowing me to check in earlier. I mentioned during the booking, that I can arrive earlier and indeed I had a long, tough trip, arrived before 15:00, and my room was ready and clean. Thank you! The location is very comfortable - I had early flight, and after good rest I just moved out and enter the airport in 1 minute. I like modern style here and intelligent location of furniture and appliances. My room was comfortable, I am very satisfied! Thanks to all who took care of my stay, I will attend Moxy hotel again definitely.

Good soundproofing, the rooms are clean, bathroom ventilation is working properly, check in and out are easy and fast, quick meals can be purchased in the lobby bar. Lobby is children-friendly, a lot of pillows, toys, space. Luggage cart can be taken from the entrance - especially convenient when a lot of stuff and a child need to be taken to the airport at 4am.

The lights under beds and under sink are turned on automatically when movement detected, with a clique sound - somewhat irritating when the child is sleeping and you need to pack or do something.

Sound protection. I booked hotel for 2 day and was surprised how silent can be leaving close to the airport. I thought that hotels located so near mostly so loud and is impossible to sleep, but this hotel exceed my expectation. Staff was professional and friendly. Housekeeping definitely knows their job, room was spotless and fresh. Room. The room had everything that you need. Shampoo, hairdryer, fresh towels, usb outlets and other necessities. Bed just suck all my tiredness and I slept like a baby Food. I did not attend the breakfast, however took some dinner, I never ever in my life ate so delicious spinach lasagne. Restaurant works 24/7 Location - I walked 4 minutes to the airport. Security. I met him on my way out from the hotel, he understood that I was looking for the way to the airport and helped me to find it. One more prof of the good hospitality gesture. I did not like automatic light under the washbasin, it was always on and off when you are in the bathroom. The time of this light should be extended or consistently on.

The main reason for our stay was the fact, that our flight was really early in the morning and the proximity of the hotel to the airport - walking distance, about 3 minutes. The staff was young, but very helpful. They even helped me to re-print some documents I needed. The room was very small, but clean. The size didn't matter as we really just needed a bed for the night and a quick shower in the morning. Some food could be ordered at the bar, but it wasn't anything to write home about. But as a quick snack it was sufficient. You could get pizza, burger, etc. I ordered some salad as well, but it was pre-prepared in a box and not the freshest. But we didn't come here for a gourmet experience, so I can't really complain. The reception was open during the night so it was great to get a cup of coffee and a hot chocolate even at 4 am. All in all this hotel is exactly what we expected and was fine for the quick overnight stay.

Very modern, quirky hotel. Beautifully decorated and the bed is a dream to sleep in! you can see the airport from the hotel it’s not even a 2 minute walk so ideal for early flights.

Not a huge selection of food available so be prepared for some bar style food. Gorgeous but if you want a hearty meal, eat before you arrive!

Modern, quiet rooms. Hotel has (almost) all you need for business travelers: small meeting rooms, ironing room, good coffee, fridge with salads and sandwiches, charging spots. I was positively surprised about the lasagne - yummy.

Mattress and “plastic” topper, temperature in the room, no possibility to open window for fresh air, no back-up cosmetics/hygiene items like tooth brush, toothpaste,…

Price and location were great and food is available 24 hours. The atmosphere is cozy & friendly and a decent bed with strong wifi throughout the hotel.

Even though food is available throughout the day, options are basic and not of best quality. Funky bedlight might jump on when a sudden movement is detected, even during your sleep.

The hotel is a short walk from the terminal, which is its main plus. The breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful, and efficient, responded to every request promptly and eager to please.

There is no minibar in the room, which one might think would be a feature of the hotel, given the price that you pay for the room. Also, one should be aware that the airport location is great for walking to and from the terminal, but getting to downtown Katowice takes a 40 minute drive.

Super close to the airport. Great friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, quiet and good equipped. Check in quick... Check out even faster.

I asked for a double bed and I got twins although at the check in I was told it was a double bed. I was tired so I just took it... Did not want to get a new room and move... The twin beds were comfortable but not movable and quite narrow... Otherwise it was very good for the money.
