Amazing top deal, Ibis is always a pleasure, they really know how to deliver professional good services. The room was clean and modern, loved the interior design, the lobby really cozy, they also had a restaurant there with good food and nice cocktails, perfect to relax after a very long trip. The staff is really nice and friendly, we really had an amazing time here. Breakfast was delicious, it had a big buffet with everything , from fruits to pancakes, eggs, pastries and differents salads.

The coffee machine at breakfast wasn't making a good coffee, it needs some improvements when it comes to serving coffee to the customers, you can go a really long way when you serve good coffee in the morning, so I do hope they will fix this asap.

The hotel is situated at the crossing of the tram and a few bus lines. From here it is very easy to use public transport. Old Town is a 30-minute walking distance. The hotel has a reception desk open 24/7. Breakfast is very rich with different options for anyone. There is a typical Polish breakfast dish - try it! The room is cosy. You have everything that you need. The information about the room is good written on Booking.com. The personal is professional and ready to help you.

The staff were endleslly helpful and patient. The room was very comfortable. The evenings were sociable. The location is not glamorous but very convenient for trams and easy walking distance of the Old Town if you like walking Some good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk. If the hotel itself is your holiday then this might not be the place for you but if you want a well run place with clean sheets and a good shower in a convenient location with good value I wholeheartredly recommend it.

Perfect and reasonable price\quality balance. Breakfast is really good, I would say even more than you can expect for 11 euro. If you have some food restrictions (diabetic or allergies) you still have a choice. Tasty, fresh, made with love like if it's a small b&b. It's not my first staying here (before was for work and not alone) and not the last. Guys are keeping the level, very helpful and friendly: of you need something they are trying their best to provide you support and solve your questions.

Very aesthetically pleasing rooms and overall public area. Good location as many bus stops were there and two supermarkets were literally next to the hotel. Great hang-out place for large friend groups

The only thing that could use some improvement were the windows. The hotel advised us not to open the windows for fear of having mosquitoes in the room. Not opening the windows made the air a little heavy at times so adding nets to the windows would make things better.

Hotel has everything you need for a couple of days stay. Staff is polite and helpful, bed is comfy and spatious. Breakfast is tasty and includes sufficient variety. Location is well conected to importamt sites in Warsaw.

The location was not that good, as the hotel is located on the quite busy street, with trams, public transportation, across the street from gas station, etc. The room would get rather cold at times, and I was not able to compensate through the A/C system. I stayed in October, but with morning temperatures as low as 6-7 °C.

Perfect location, very close to the City Centere ( Śródmieście) and the Old Town (Stare Miasto). Staff was very helpful an attentive. The room was clean and cozy (thanks to housemaid Lena :) ) and everything worked properly. For our upcoming thrip we will stay in Ibis Waszawa Centeum as well. Greetings from Georgia 🇬🇪 Dziekuje 🇵🇱

There were no disposable slippers

I think the service is the best of this Hotel. The receptionists are very friendly, passionate and helpful. During the stay, I had two problems & two more questions, and every time the receptionists tried to solve the problems immediately. For example, while using the hair dryer after shower, the hair dryer was suddenly broken (the plastic wire). To avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, I brought the hair dryer and informed the receptionist, then he asked a repairman fixed it with efficiency the next morning. Besides, it seemed like the heater was closed during my stay(25-27/3). Even turning on the air-conditioner(heat), It didn't work. I felt very cold in the room and asked the receptionist, and she gave me a space heater. 2.The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt very comfortable staying in that room. The cleansing lady might do a lot of hard work to maintain the cleaness.

The room was cold at night(since afternoon) (But they solved it immediately). Yes, the weather was getting warmer recently. But as the proverb said "W marcu jak w garncu", the weather is changeable in spring. Especially it was getting chilly on that weekend.

Room was bit colder otherwise everything was amazing.Room heater was not good. Bus 190 from the nearest bus station goes to old town. Okopowa 3 tram Station is on the left side of hotel and it's 2 min walk. You can keep your stuff safely in locker room even after checkout. Everything is perfect. Loved the huge mirror in the room Loved this place, will visit soon.

Room was cold There was no toothpaste in the wc. Else everything was perfect

Room was big enough for me, my friend and 3 large suitcases. Beds were comfortable, twin room that we stayed in was tastefully furnished. Bathroom was one of the nicest ones I have had in 'budget' hotels. Hot water, shampoo, soap...perfect! We also needed to print couple pages, and ladies at the reception were super helpful and friendly.

Only one medium sized towel per guest, and one floor towel. So I had to wipe my body and also dry my hands into the same towel for 3 days. Also, I had unexpected change of plans, and I needed to extend my stay by one more day. The receptionist told me they are all sold out because they have a group coming. I checked online, and booking.com showed availability for the same standard room that I was already in. Maybe the room on my floor wasn't available, but she could have offered to move me to another room. I ended up booking a different hotel for my 4th (extended stay) night.
