Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto

Good location, we used a tram to get to the railway station Warszawa West, and Uber cost 20 PLN from Warsaw Central Railway station to the hotel. Comfortable bed, good bar in the lobby. Water, tea, coffee in the room, updated every day by the room service, and included to the room price. Wi-Fi signal was strong enough to work from the room.

There is speaker in the room, it's cracking all the night, not so loud, but a little bit annoying. Over the bed there are USB charging ports with the green lamp that shines brightly in the dark, we booked two rooms, in one room it was sealed with black electrical tape, in our room that lamp shined on the eyes in the night.

Good location. Even being a bit further from the airport it was worth the extra drive. Walking distance to Old Town and New Town. Nice areas around to explore. Close to a big mall if you like shopping. Great access to transit(tram/bus/trains). Convinience stores very close. Front desk, restaurant staff and cleaning crew very nice and helpful. Brekfasts are superb! Like no other hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My kids loved the food and that barely ever happens! Bar and restaurant open till late hours. Rooms tidy and clean. Little play area in the lobby is a bonus!

Only con is that our room was a bit tight. Especially that we had a lot of luggage with us. Two beds with two people on each and 4 big suitcases and a stroller. We barely fit into a room but we made it.

location is good with walking distance to Old town and very close to tram stop. staff was very helpful and ordered a taxi when needed for very early trip to the airport the next morning We didn't try the food at the restaurant so can not comment on the taste but had a look at the menu left in the room and it looked very promising.

It is not a big deal and had no effect on our stay in the hotels itself but would be helpful if staff at the reception could confirm the cost of the taxi with the company. We received the average cost which was nowhere near what we have paid. You can of course pay by card in a taxi if you short with cash but would be good to know what to prepare yourself for before getting to your destination (especially that we wanted to pay cash).

The room cleaning service was very nice, enjoyed the complimentary mineral water as well. Breakfast had a lot of options, including some interesting local things that I had not tried before. You’ll definitely get your stomach full. Location is super, in a safe and quiet area close to different public transport connections, old town sights and a big shopping mall.

The shower cabin leaked a bit. The lighting in the room could have been better - it was fairly dark.

lovely comfy rooms, good breakfast, good location 4 km away from city center, early check in, late check out, complimentary printing, front desk always helpful on any personal query regarding Warsaw, the restaurant staff help to warm personal food which can be consumed in the room. Restaurant not too expensive

Breakfast is good but same every day. Multiple requests have to be put in for daily room cleaning. Sometime the housekeeping staff can take your room card away while cleaning and then you have to procure it back! Staff at the bar and during breakfast can smile a bit more and be more cheerful. They seem to be mostly serious and if I may add a little wary & afraid of foreigners.

I'd say, it's a standard Ibis Hotel. Nice clean room, helpful personnel, good location - city center is in 5-10 minutes by walk and in the same time hotel is close to parks, so it's pretty quiet in the room. Breakfast was good: there was a lot of kinds of different food, so I'm sure everyone will find something for themselves. But personally for me the biggest advantage was a possibility to regulate the temperature by myself (we were travelling in June and, well, I'm not that good with the heat).

I had the same problem as with all others Ibis Hotels so far - the bathroom is rather small. In our case it was nearly impossible for two people to be in the bathroom in the same time. But everything else was great.

A small clean room, excellent for a brief stay. The hotel is located close to the Warszawa Gdanska Terminal, it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful.

There were only two bath towels and a floor towel, no hand towels were provided. The iron was localted in a special room on a different floor, so by the time I finished ironging (which took me maybe three minutes) there was a queue of 2 people.

A typical Ibis - meant in a good way - you generally know exactly what you are getting and I wasn't disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Twenty minute stroll to the old town, but near trams and buses if you need them. Happy with my choice and I would recommend.

Nothing really, it was as I hoped it would be. If pushed, then I would say the breakfast was a little overpriced, considering that Warsaw is pretty inexpensive, but nothing too bad.

The staff.is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The location is not bad since the hotel is at a walking distance from the center of the city. Free late checkout is possible.

The hotel does not provide its guests with towels for face (only big towels are provided). There are no electric cattle and small fridge in the room. This can probably be explained by the fact that certain rooms belong to two star segment of the hotel.
