This is a beautiful place, get the sea view room. The views are amazing and so was the room I was in. The staff is friendly and attended to all our questions and requests.

Parking - there are only 4 parking bays for the hotel so parking was a bit of a mission.

Asanda who helped us check in is amazingly friendly makes one feel at home and not forgetting the guy Andrew who assisted us move our belongings from lower to upper room, he was exceptional 👌

I did not get exactly what I booked for, at first my room was too small and had no lounge or kitchen utensils person as per promise, no sea view and private patio. After complaining, I I was then moved to an upper room which was better but still does not match the standard of the one I selected on the bookings application. I would appreciate more clarity on the description of the rooms and clear pictures next. Time.

The place is situated right at the beach front

When you check in you find 4 bavarages in the fridge and no one bothered to explain that if you drink them you are goin to pay when you check out. We where under impression those are are just complementary drinks. I was not in the mood to argue, if not i wouldn't have paid.

It was a stunning location , staff Andrew and Sandra could not be more helpful . Room was lovely.

The towels !

The view was amazing. We could see the ocean from any part of our room and hear the roar of the waves. Easy to just walk across the street to the beach but high up enough so that you didn't see traffic obstructing the view. We were on the upper floor. Lattes or cappuccinos in the morning, along with a choice of breakfast items exceeded our expectations. The staff is very helpful and went overboard to accommodate our needs.

This is just a heads up that you won't easily find an entrance or parking lot for Sea Castle. So as you're looking to check in, you have to go through a parking lot that only has the name of another hotel. Get instructions of finding the place because it's not on a street or alley front. Once you find it, it was no problem at all, but we circled the block several times trying to figure out how to get in.

We loved the decor. We had a classic suite and it was fantastic, like an apartment. very modern and comfortable. the bed was amazing and Netflix in the TV was a great bonus as we wanted a relaxing night at the end of our king and busy trip.

It was quite hard to find and there were no signs to show where it was off the side street. The entrance to the building was a bit manic with men doing construction and we weren’t sure what sort of a place we were entering. Security staff were a little rude as we tried to park in the awkward steep hill parking and could’ve been more helpful. Breakfast menu could be better with more options.

The service is absolutely fantastic. We got dropped off by our Uber on the wrong street, we called the facility and they came to fetch us. The facility is under renovations but it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The workmen were very neat. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants on Camps Bay Main Street and just a stone throw away from the beach. Breakfast is delicious and generous portions.

Nothing major except for my perfectionist tendencies to the shininess of the cutlery and crockery.

The view, the location, the staff, excellent! Short walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The highlight of my stay was getting upgraded to a much bigger room at no extra costs. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cape Town.

The breakfast was a bit limited, same menu everyday, no variety. Issue of limited parking is a serious one, our rented car nearly spent a night on the streets due to full parking at the premises. Best to Uber when going there.

Amazing location. Short walk to bars and restaurants. We had a sea view. Lovely small hotel, felt cosy. Large modern room and fabulous bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast. Felt safe area. Great beach vibe. We could leave the car and hop on the sightseeing bus if we didn’t want to drive into Cape Town the odd time. Stops fright on the front. Good ordinary transport links too. Highly recommend this place. It was our first stop off in SA we loved it
