Service is outstanding - it makes a difference when people go out of their way for you and this was a common experience in the week that I stayed. Facilities are generally very clean and comfortable, food is great.

My apartment didn't have a lamp in the living area; I asked but there wasn't one available. The bright overhead lights meant that instead of relaxing in the evenings, being in the lounge felt like being at the dentist! It's a very small thing to put right - they need to do it.

This is truly a wonderful stay, excellent location walking distance from Sandton mall, great staff, very helpful especially the gentleman in the front desk (didn't get his name). We had three connecting rooms for our family of 5 and it was more than enough room, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful, great food, fair prices, we had room service and it was more than exceptional. They accommodated us for late check out at a super fair charge.

Have nothing bad to say about the hotel in itself, just beware of the guy that cleans shoes in the lobby, he ruined 4 out of six pairs of sneakers we left him, two of which were new (just dirty from Kruger safari).

From entering the premises we were greeted at the gate with friendliness and professionalism. Beauty at reception helped us with a smooth check-in. All the staff that we came in contact with showed us and treated us with the utmost respect, friendliness and were professional. The food was out of this world! The breakfast buffet was of top quality with a big variety to choose from. Croissants, a proper English breakfast with many options, fresh fruits and juice, yogurts and muesli and excellent coffee were some of the options. The room itself was perfect. Overall it was very clean and spacious. We stayed in one of the executive suites. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, a good quality TV, aircon for the summer days, small yet big enough refrigerator if you need to keep something cold and a little coffee/ tea area. I would've liked maybe one or two extra sachets of coffee per person as there was only one per person, but that is only me (coffeeholic 😁). The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a huge bath and shower.

The only minor thing that I did not like was that one of the cupboards in our room's skirting was coming off. But that is really a minor detail and did not spoil the stay at all.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating during my stay. The bar staff were great. I was a solo traveler, so I really appreciated their warm conversations. The room was spacious and spotless. Great location. Safe enough to walk to the nearby mall.

The pool was a bit of a let down. It's right by the restaurant/bar area so it's not a pool to relax privately. It would be really fun if you are a group of friends The bathtub's plug wasn't working.

The room was spacious clean and comfortable bed. With good ablation facilities. A smart TV made it a whole package. The view was also nice, every night I was enticed by people playing tennis. The staff are absolutely fabulous! From front desk to cleaners, bar, restaurant are all amazing, smiling and always helpful. They compensate for the crazy price. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, not to mention colleagues.

The gym is terribly small. And very basic.

I liked the rooms, the setup, the restaurant, the location of the hotel is so nice and quiet. The staff was so nice and friendly to me and my boyfriend. We never struggled with anything.

I think there needs to be proper sound proofing of the rooms because I was in room 225 but could hear people talking in room 226, probably because of the two doors joining/between the rooms. The last thing was way make your seafood😊😊😊. I first ordered your prawns and they were so hard and there was too much spice, and then I ordered calamari and chips. The calamari was like onion rings, so hard and spicy, however the waiter noticed that I was not eating them and asked why, I explained and he took them back to the kitchen and they prepared another meal and the calamari was exactly how I like it👌👌 Besides this, everything was perfect, and I would definately recommend your hotel.

the views, space, rooms were beautiful. they handled all my requests promptly though. food and drinks were amazing. restaurant prices were very affordable, loved that

okay so the flat sheet I had had tears and a stain. housekeeping didn't fill the shower gel every time they came. restaurant had better service with room service than when you sat down there. terrible service even when the restaurant was empty.

Excellent Hotel/Appartments, Great location close to shops and restaurants and the train in Sandton.Very safe area to walk around. The in-house restaurant & bar were exceptional with great choice of food & drink. The suppled breakfast was more than enough each morning. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a problem

the room was clean, airy and the bed very comfortable. The pillows are the best i've ever slept in. The duvet was soft and lily white clean. I love the fact that the bathroom had all the amenities and facetowels, epecially now during covid-19. The location was perfect and right next door to the US Embassy (for our appointment) and Sandton City Mall. Breakfast looked good although I didn't have time to enjoy it due to the early morning appointment. Front office/reception/reservation staff are the happiest/friendliest I have seen lately with big welcoming smiles! :)

Room was smaller this time, no working aircon and no soap in dispensers :-( Also I came early especially to check in as did not have much time when I got back later before next meetings - all a big fail on the hotels part
