Baiton Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel

Very helpful to have the 6001 airport limousine bus stop at the front door. we were anxious about our arrival at the airport, not being able to read or understand Korean, and found it easy to find the bus tickets, schedules and bus location at the airport. There were also announcements made in English and on screen at each stop along the way.

Beds were comfortable and room was nice and clean. Had a view of N tower which was nice

Rooms are a bit small for 2people especially when you have lots of luggage. But it's okay.

Airport bus stops in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Very central to all sightseeing sights.

The room has a centralized heater which can get really warm. You have to open the window to let the cool air in.

Airport bus - right outside the hotel. Self-laundry - not available. Pillows - soft Bed - hard (this is really good for back support). Kettle - dusty; had to clean it thoroughly before using. Iron - request and collect from reception desk. Receptionist - speaks English very well. Location - 10 mins walk to the subway, 5 mins walk to bus stop in front of Ramada (you can take bus 100/104 down to go to Gwangjang Market, and going further down will bring you to Daehak-ro where there's some lovely cafes/sushi bars).

The bed was super comfortable and the blackout curtains were splendid touch. The staff were so accommodating and tried their best to help me with an early check-in. Really appreciate that coming from a red eye flight. The airport bus 6001, stops directly in front of the hotel! There are also plenty of convenience stores around with a bank across the street for global withdrawals. Another thing was that they had universal charging ports which is rare!

The table in the room was very small. Bathroom space for stuff is very small too. There was only a sink where there's little space to hold your things. The shower even though separated from the toilet with a divider, was not separated with a wet and dry area as the divider was not all the way to the floor, there was a large gap where water flows to to the toilet ensuring the whole bathroom was wet with water when you shower.

+ positive we were able to book for a whole month just a night in advance very nice staff + nice building with quick elevator great cleaning everyday & fresh water bottles nice toilet (that can flush normally) with bidet and everything very close to several busses and metro aircon in ceiling comfortable beds staff helped us with getting a taxi to the airport!

- negative only 3 things! often had problems with the shower as the water would be very cold and only get better after 10 ish minutes😭 the room gets very hot so you have to keep the aircon on, which got two of us sick the walls are quite thin, so we could hear everything going on in the other rooms - left us sleepless one night

excellent service. very clean. comfortable bed. daily housekeeping. Airport limousine just outside the door. luggage storage. The staff was amazing, and sometimes that can make all the difference. I had stayed there earlier in the month and was so pleased that I returned for my last three days.

not soundproof at all although that’s what the information page told me through booking.com Thought the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced. if it had been a bit less money, I would have used it every day.

Very clean and comfortable hotel and room. Comfortable bed as well. Good room temperature and sufficient shower amenities. Kettle was provided as well as a mini fridge, hair dryer and cupboard to hang our clothes. There is also a weighing scale at the lobby to weigh our luggages.

Toilet/shower entrance was right next to the bed... Also, can be a distance to walk with luggages depending on which line you are coming from. We came from line 2/4 but had to walk about 10mins inside the station itself to the exit which is nearer to line 5. However, we could take line 5 at DDP to Gongdeok and transfer to the airport line when going back, which was rather convenient.

The facilities are clean. Great location. Its a short walking distance to the subway station and lots of interesting places around for food and shopping. The airport bus shuttle stops in front of the hotel and it’s very convenient.

The rooms I think are not sound proof as we can hear the voices from the other room but the rooms are clean and tidy. Also, the staff are helpful but they have to smile more and be friendly.

Kind stuff, willing to help call taxi, make orders and solve problems. Beds are comfortable.. Bus to airport just in front of the hotel.

A little far from metro exits and bus stops.
